    Good morning.
Irene glad Annie is doing better, hope the tests show the lumps were benign.
Jo, sure sounds like you're allergic to something, hope they can figure it out quickly, so you don't suffer too long. Hugs.
Roger, you're doing good with your walking. I learned long ago not to compare to anyone else, and to be grateful for what I can do.
I found a free meditation app...there are lots of them out there. Supposed to help relax. Good luck to all. This is a crazy time of year.
Finished up my 2nd stained glass project yesterday, and went back for another round of PT. So far this time, we're going mostly for ice. Will see what Thursday brings...I'm sure there will be exercises in there....and I feel sooooo lazy.
    Happy Wednesday, everyone! :)

    Good evening;
Irene-I am glad Annie is doing better.
Vix-What did you make for your stained glass project this time? I hope the meditation app. is beneficial to you.
Roger-I looked up the website for the pocketbook that I purchased and it doesn't give any information why her products are vegan. There was a card inside that says I'm vegan.???
My lip is fine today and I am not itchy. I did go and get my haircut, but no color.
    Have a good evening. :)

good morning, nothing new here Annie is feeling better she runs into everything with that cone including me . Her eye is all healed so now all we have to do is wait for the stitches to be removed . Mean while I really can't do much don't want to leave her with that thing on her head . Jo hope what ever it is it goes away soon and you start to feel better. Roger we did our walk this morning and it was warm but windy. Vix what have you been up too?

    Hi Irene
I'm glad Annie is feeling better, When do the stitches come out ? I'm sure You want that ASAP.

I did not feel all that comfortable Wednesday since I wore unheated gloves and I felt the cold in my fingers. They feel the cold more than any other part of my body.

    Good Luck with the stitches

    Hi Vix
I must be missing something in Your post. We're going mostly for ice ? With the stained glass or the PT? Color me confused and feeling dense :)

If I said I never tried meditation, I have a mind that wants to keep going, it even makes falling asleep hard.

Who does not feel lazy, especially this time of year ?

    Cheers

Good Morning, Went for our walk this morning it was a little chilly since Annie has the cone on we have been only doing a 40 minute walk with the cone on we can't put her coat on so we just take her with out a coat. Her cone comes off on Monday so looking forward to it. No plans for today really can't do too much because of Annie. Vix I hope the ice helps you . Jo it is always so nice to get a hair cut. Roger enjoy your walk.

The thought that I had was to the effect of was the card from the make or the seller of the purse?
Then my mind started wondering if the purse was vegan or the maker was vegan ?

Good news that Your lip is fine and the itches have stopped.

    Glad you're feeling better, Jo.

    Hi Irene.

    Hi Again
It was chilly here IMO. I'm guessing that Annie needs a coat then, Some dogs seem as if they would and others not. Did You ever mention what kind of Dog Annie is? If You did I do not remember.

A long 4+ days until the cone comes off for You. I hope that is not impacting getting the house ready to sell.

    Enjoy the Sunny Day

    Hi
Luckily I do not see many of them. I do not know if it is My Cablevision internet or Norton Antivirus stopping them and TBH as long as get very few to sort out of the real email I'm happy. I get more junk mail than junk email :)

The phone calls ! I have been getting two a day for a while. Before I pull the cell phone out of my pocket when it rings I hit the volume button on the side which silences the ringing and then look to see who it is. If there is no name showing I consign it mentally to Scam call and ignore it since it is not ringing.

Do we get to see a picture of the Stained Glass, I bet it would look really nice backlighted.

Enjoy the Painting class and You Lunch. A 6PM PT appointment sounds late to me.

    Have a Good Day

    Hi Joanne
I hope You stay OK without the antihistamines.

I looked in my Junk folder and the newest item of the few that are in it is from April 2017 :)
That could be because I use Thunderbird for my email client. I have not logged into Optonlines email webpage and there could be more there. I really should do that just in case there was a false positive.

Between the Scam Phone calls that I do not answer, the junk Mail and the junk email it gets annoying.

I went out walking once again this Morning. The temperature this morning was 34 on the porch and 35 on the cable channel. I saw on News12 last night that the snow was falling in Cape May, So far nothing here, I am wondering if it took a more easterly track and I do not see any snow, Hopefully.

I had not heard about that scam, I get a couple scam calls a day that I do not answer from the cell phones area code. I have heard about that one. I have to wonder who would answer a call that purports to come from their phone ?

That must be tough for Annie all winter long needing to be covered even in the house.

I think I was lucky there, I had just walked past a Bus shelter and happened to see the quarter lying there and a couple of feet further on a nickel. I say lucky in that no one else had walked past and see them :)

I did post some humor again

    Hi
I'm back from walking this Morning + 1 Cent and the footing was snow over a crunchy surface. The temperature this morning was 28 on the porch and 29 on the cable channel. The Weather forecast for yesterday regarding snow arriving came true. From what I could see the depth is around 3 inches. The crunch underfoot as I was walking made me think that it was colder out there than shown on the Thermometer and TV showed this morning before I headed out. There were a few icy spots that I had to be careful walking and there was a mild breeze. I also took along cutters and cleared out some Big weed branches that were blocking the sidewalk, You may be wondering why I did not do it earlier ? The cutters resurfaced yesterday from where they had fallen under the ladder stored in the laundry room :)
The forecast high is in the 40s for today.

Hi Again, Some stray thoughts I forgot to include earlier :)

Yesterday my Brother made a soup using some type of fresh Greens from the Produce store sauteed with onions, Left over Thanksgiving Turkey from the freezer and Lower Sodium Chicken broth. After looking at the Box for the broth 4 Calories for the entire box I decided to have a Pint of it, Really tasty.

I have also seen him use it as a Broth warmed up from the Box with nothing added.

I have canned Collard Greens, 60 calories per can that were gifted to us by a friend that I can use as a vegetable with a meal and instead of my normal Protein add to the meal I dice a couple strips of Precooked bacon into ti for flavor.
She also passed on unused Turnip Greens that I have not tried, I suspect they would be better with a little bacon too. Or if I use either of them with the Christmas ham leftovers that should be good too.
We plan to look at the ShopRite Circular and see if the Hams are still 89 and 99 cents a pound next week to decide when to buy. We have been using Low Sodium Hams and they taste just as good to us.

    Have a Good Day

    Hi
I'm back from walking this Morning + 1 Quarter and the streets and sidewalks were dry except where the snow had been packed down. The temperature this morning was 35 on the porch and 34 on the cable channel. From what I could see the depth is of snow was around 3 inches, OTOH based on the snowfall totals We must have had over 4 inches. Much of that melted on the sidewalks and streets as it landed.

    Good morning;
We got about 3 inches of snow. We got our exercise in yesterday, shoveling.
    Irene-Awesome news about Annie.
Roger-I found a quarter on Saturday.
Today I go for my allergy tests.
    Hi Vix.
    Have a great day! :)

    Hi Joanne
Lucky You, The only exercise we got yesterday was clearing off the cars, Most of the snow melted away in the Sun on the Sidewalks and Driveway.

And I am up 26 cents between yesterday and today. I was surprised to see that nice shiny quarter laying there staring up at me since I had just seen to people head down the sidewalk from that direction a couple of minutes previously, unless they were the quarter dropper.

Good Luck with the Allergy testing.
