It didn't snow here at all, but we have freezing rain all day....looks like the ice hasn't completely melted yet. My hairdresser cancelled the appt and rescheduled for tomorrow, so I don't have to go out in the mess at all.

I'm back from walking again and 1 cent. The temperature this morning was 27 on the porch and 28 on the cable news channel. The Snow yesterday turned to rain and by 7PM all the snow was melted away by the rain. I did have to detour slightly around a few icy spots on the sidewalks, overall everything had dried out by the time I left to go walking.

The scale was nicely lower than yesterday morning, again, It seems that the "Time-restricted eating" combined with a 100% NS plan is working really well so far. Whee

Good Morning, Found 5 cents today! It has been a while. Well today I will finish painting the laundry room and I will pretty much be done with the inside when it gets warmer outside I will paint our little front porch and railing. I am so happy that it is almost all done that means I have finished painting 8 rooms you would think I would loose weight with all this painting. Vix cool video. Enjoy your painting class. Thanks for the link.

Yesterday was not a good day for me with food, My brother went to the grocery store and brought a Cheddar Cheese that was on sale and a 50% off Sandwich both of which were for me. The Sandwich was Humongous ans sadly I ate the whole thing It was Three huge slices of Rye which had a layer of Cole Slaw, Swiss Cheese and Ham and supposedly Thousand Island Dressing between the middle bread and the top and bottom layers. Tasty too, I say supposedly Thousand Island Dressing as I did not spot it or taste it. For such a huge sandwich it was only $3.99, I should have weighed it before eating if for no other reason than curiosity. I did at least remove the middle layer of Rye bread.

Oh well, Back to 100% NS plan for me and no weighing until the water weight I know I gained has come off. Too many Carbs make me retain water worse than salt does.

I need to go over my NS order this morning and order a NS gift card from CostCo to finish paying got it with discounted money so to speak. The Alternative is Reduce some of the A La Carte items. I do add them and then extend the next order for the three months allowed

We are now going through a conversion of our operating systems at work and everything is a mess. My NS order closed on the 8th, I hope the limited time frozen dinners make it as I would like to try them. I struggle, Yesterday my Brother baked a Kielbasa in a cast iron skillet and I had some, as far as I can tell I had around 170 calories of it, It was so tasty too, I could have eaten a lot more if it was not fair to do that to my brother. That is all extra calories I ate for the day

That sounds like a royal pain, I hope they are rolling out the change to the stores one at a time. No products = no sell, what were they thinking, if the old system was working why change it.

Is it not a little early to be doing chocolate covered strawberries ? Will they stay fresh until Wednesday ? Even if they do they will not last as long after purchase. I always look at sell by dates and make sure to get the item with the longest shelf life even if it means checking the back of the shelf to find the newest ones, especially with dairy products and the 647 Bread.

hi all, My carpet looks so good what a difference it is nice and light it actually looks bigger. So now I have just cleaning to do like clean the oven stuff like that we plan on putting the house up for sale in March it is such a relieve to have all the painting done . Today we went for a nice walk I got in over 10 k which is pretty good . Roger we are suppose to get rain also but rain is better than snow. Vix glad you were able to get your hair done , I go on Thursday I can't wait it always feels so much better. Jo good luck getting your order in . The change is being done by district. There are about 15-20 stores in our district. The idea is to get everyone on the same system as Albertson's, who is our parent company.

Vix-Nothing like a color and hair cut to brighten the day! Now that I am use to the shorter haircut that I got, I think I will keep it like this. It is so much easier to do in the morning.

From what the Weather forecast I saw this morning before going walking said that South Jersey had already had over an inch of rain Saturday with more coming today.
There was a light rain when I left the house and as a result of that and the forecast for heavier rain I wore a complete set of rain gear and Waterproof boots.

hi all, when we walked this morning we all got soaked and we all had on rain coats including Annie hers is a bright yellow I always makes sure she is covered because her fur is like a sponge it soakes up all the water and it takes hours to dry. We only went an half hour which was fine with me. but I did get in 6ksteps today is going to be a pj day . I always wear my hair shorter now it is just so much easier and it looks better. Vix enjoy the car show. Jo hope you don't have to work to hard. Roger I also ordered one of the meat sticks, haven't gotten it yet. What I am going threw right now is really bad sweet attacks not sure if it is from the stress or what I could use some advise here. Most of the rain Sunday was not that heavy with intermittent burst of heavy rain. It did hit the 60s Sunday and the temperature is now dropping.

What I do with the rain gear is wear a hat that has a brim to shield my face which has the additional benefit of letting me tie the hood on the rain jacket and still not obstruct my vision.

I'm sorry that You got soaked, That gets uncomfortable really quickly. I must be stupid, I had not realized that they make rain coats for dogs

When I get a craving for a sweet I look at my stock of NS snacks and pick a sweet one, Most of them are tasty as a example the Chocolate baked goods. Salty items I look at the Nut/pretzel mix or the Pretzels.

I am still waiting for my current order to ship, I just looked in my email and no tracking numbers yet That is both good and bad, the good is that it lets me use more of the items left, the bad is that I really want to try the new limited time frozen dinners and the meat stick.

I had a big bag of beef stick ends that we were given by a friend last year. The ones that were eaten were tasty, However I just went to look at the nutrition info and the ones left in the bag had grown fur so they are now in the kitchen garbage can, what a waste

good morning, it was like 61 here this morning on our walk we walked for an hour. It is raining out side now but it is suppose to stop around 1o am . My plans for today is to pack up anything we won 't be using I want to go threw the bathroom and kitchen. Vix the massage sounds good. and the fruit sounds good ns snacks are pretty low but I should be getting my order this week my sister thinks it is stress eating . Jo when I worked at target in the market dept we had the same type of rules it seemed they wanted to run all the stores the same.
