Roger, the Chernobyl pictures were interesting.
    Hi Jo.
It was nice seeing my son and his gf yesterday. The car show was not too exciting. But good to get out.
Still gray and wet outside.I have a massage this morning, no other plans for today...will see what the day brings.
    Have a good Monday.

    Hi Vix
Good Idea, I am so used to eating fruit as a part of the NS plan where I eat two or three servings daily that fruit slipped past me as a suggestion. Good Catch.

I had a suspicion that meeting Your Family was the main reason for going to the car show

I though that the Chernobyl pictures were interesting too. What a waste :(

I just checked my email and it seems that my upcoming NS frozen and Shelf Stable foods should arrive today. I now know what I will be doing today.

I hope You enjoyed Your Massage

good morning, it was like 61 here this morning on our walk we walked for an hour. It is raining out side now but it is suppose to stop around 1o am . My plans for today is to pack up anything we won 't be using I want to go threw the bathroom and kitchen. Vix the massage sounds good. and the fruit sounds good ns snacks are pretty low but I should be getting my order this week my sister thinks it is stress eating . Jo when I worked at target in the market dept we had the same type of rules it seemed they wanted to run all the stores the same.

    Hi Irene
Unlucky You, Here the rain had finished long enough before I was out the door that the puddles had drained away.
One hour is a decent walk considering the weather, Congrats.

I suppose it could be stress eating due to getting the house ready to sell ?

If I said I have too many NS snacks on hand since the plan I am on has two snacks a day and I have been using only one of them. I need to go get the freezer in the basement setup for the frozen portion of my NS order. The good news is that will use part of the day between moving things around in it and then checking in the delivery and storing it away.

    Have a Nice Day

I am up at the usual time of 3:30 and don't have to be in work until 7. So I baked cupcakes for work and am doing laundry. I used a piping bag for the first time to pipe the frosting on the cupcakes. I had frosting all over me and the counter. I am proud to say the cupcakes look good for my first attempt.

    Hi
I'm back from walking again and no cents. The temperature this morning was 34 on the porch and on the cable news channel. There is rain in the forecast for later Thursday and Friday

My NS Deliveries Arrived late in the day and have not been processed. I figure the frozen should be fine. I shall be checking it in and putting most of it in the basement freezer later this morning.

My frozen and shelf stable boxes arrived, I have no idea why the were so late in the day unless FedEx changed the drivers routing or added more area to them. They always arrived before 3PM not late in the day where this shipment was way later. Tracking showed Actual delivery: Tue 2/13/2018 6:30 pm :(

I hope Yours arrive in a more timely fashion than mine.

Have a Good Day despite the fasting.

    Sad is a understatement :(

I Am wondering if NS cut a deal with FedEx to save a little money with end of day deliveries or if i is being done so that the foods are not sitting outside with customers that work.

I am hoping that the Yellow Curry Chicken is as tasty as the Chicken Provencal was, I'll know better tomorrow as I already ate my dinner today as a Breakfast and will finish the days eating with the Breakfast Entree

The forecast for overnight of rain happened and the rain is forecast to fall throughout most of the day in a on and off fashion. Hi
I'm back from walking again and no cents. The temperature this morning was 28 on the porch and 29 on the cable news channel. The forecast is for overnight snow into early tomorrow morning. The forecasts I saw on Friday was for Sundays snow depth to be 1 to 3 inches on some and 5 or 6 inches on other weather forecasts.

I did see 3 Deer while walking today FWIW.

I tried the Limited Time Dinner Entree called Yellow Curry Sauced Chicken & Rice @ 210 calories :)
It was tasty despite being a bit hot, I was able to tolerate it and the heat level reminds me of the Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry. Once the second one I ordered is used up I likely will not Re-Order them. On the good side it was not so hot that I had to pass it on to my brother :)

The Footing was Good overall, I hit one slippery spot with one foot towards the end of the walk. The Snow that was left on the ground was getting crunchy sounding too. Then On my return home I saw that my Brother had nearly finished shoveling the Driveway so I grabbed the other shovel and tackled the sidewalk leading to the street. Despite the ordinance against parking on the streets when snow is falling to allow for the plowing I did pass several cars that the plows had to detour around :(

The scale was nicely lower than yesterday morning, again, It seems that the "Time-restricted eating" combined with a 100% NS plan is working really well so far. Whee And that is despite that we had the Bargain Price ham for Dinner with oven roasted Potato wedges and Oven Baked Asparagus cooked in the Cast Iron skillet in the oven at the same time the Potato wedges were cooking on the Cookie sheet that was sprayed with Olive Oil spray and some Montreal Seasoning sprinkled on the Potatoes, We had a Neighbor in for the meal too so the Afternoon passed easily.

Jo, enjoy your 3 days off! Time well deserved.
Good for you Roger and Irene with all the walking.
A lot of the Olympic events are on demand if you missed them.
    Have a good weekend, everyone.

    Hi Vix
In my case if I miss something I just am not interested enough to sit at the computer and suffer through the commercials despite that they are what pays for the Internet streaming.

I did go out the front door and shovel the steps and a bit of the sidewalk before going walking for two reasons....
    1. I did not want to pack it down and make it harder to clear on my return which was my plan before I came home and saw my brother out there doing the driveway. I walked across the lawn outgoing for the same reason.

    2. I wanted to check the traction before heading out and if it was slippery I would have come back in the house and brewed a pot of coffee  I also wore the insulated Boots to keep my feet dry and warm as well as the fact that they have a much more aggressive tread pattern for traction.

Last Night before I trundled off to bed I looked out at the falling snow and it was building up on all of the branches and looked really pretty, This morning it is bot as nice as some of the snow fell off overnight.

    Have a Good Day

    Good morning;
I am up doing laundry. We plan to clear the driveway, deck and patio this morning. I am not sure how much snow we got, but it is enough to shovel.
I bought some new shades for our bedroom and those will also be hung today.
Other than those mentioned above, I have no plans for the rest of the day.
    Enjoy your Sunday! :)
    Hi Joanne
Hopefully Your snow removal went well. We do not bother with shoveling our patio as it is very strong Concrete on the ground and not a raised deck type.

When I started looking around a while back after we had bought new shades for this bedroom I found two that had never been used and we could have saved the time and effort of getting the new ones. At least they were any easy install, reuse the old brackets etc. Plus I find that the plastic rod in the part You grip to lower and raise them is not nearly as sturdy as the older wood rods, I'm sure it is a total cheapening via less expensive materials on the Manufacturers part :(

We did find unused blinds that we installed in the Back bedroom OTOH.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

hi all, we have been busy mostly just walking we did 2 hour walks both days , I did find a penny yesterday. As far as our snow when we came home from church last night it sure was coming down so we figured we would be making a trip to Trenton but when we woke up all the snow on the roads and side walk were clear so we didn't have to go. From all the blinds I either changed to new ones or just cleaned the old ones I am pretty tired of blinds I have cleaned or changed 31 blinds no wonder I am tired of them. But the ones I cleaned had the house smelling so good I used MR.Clean so it smelled clean. Jo enjoy your days off . Roger glad you enjoyed your ham Vix been thinking about you hope everything is ok.
