    Hi Irene
How was the weather in Your area Friday, The really loud thunder was a nuisance and the continuous distracting flicker outside the Living room window while trying to watch TV last night was a pain in the neck.

    Congratulations on being so helpful.

Good Luck with a fast closing

    Good morning.
Congrats on getting your closing date, Irene.
Roger...my art class is pretty free-form. We provide our own supplies. Most teaching is by way of occasional videos or critiques or asking questions. A lot is just experimenting and conferring with other class members.
    Hi Jo!
We went out with the kids last night, lots of celebrating. :) My son and his fiance are looking for venues for their wedding. My daughter and son-in-law are starting to think of baby names, and all the preparations...baby due in February. :)
    Happy Saturday, everyone.

    Good morning;
Just finished catching up with everyone.
Roger-Did you get your AC fixed?
Irene-Congratulations on the sale of your house.
Vix-You had an exciting night. When is the wedding?
It rained heavily yesterday afternoon, and now it is quite a bit cooler.
I found a dime this week.
Nothing planned for today, just a relaxing day, I hope.
    Enjoy your day! :)

    Humor was just posted

    Hi
I'm back home from walking no cents. The Temperature out the door was 70 degrees and was comfortable while walking with a light breeze until a light rain made its appearance. That led to me pulling out the disposable rain poncho which blocked the breeze and made the walking less comfortable.
Today is forecast to be cooler and the humidity is forecast to drop for a couple of days.

Yesterday there was rain in the early evening.

Some has to be paying the costs.

    Hi Irene
The 101.5 thing was a bit strange to me as anyone who ever listened to the show would know that they be very irreverent and thus what they said fit the type of thing they often do. Oh well.

Here's hoping neither of us have to mow to many more times, I fear that the weather is good growing weather for the grass :(

I am surprised that the closing is so far off, evidently the buyer is in no hurry.
    Good Luck

    Hi Joanne
Sadly the parts were the wrong ones, it turns out that when my brother got the model number off of the case that when the current one was installed they used the old case in the window since the 220V AC 18,000 BTU unit is a pain to change and that is where the model number is located :(
He has been in touch with where it was bought and is waiting for them to call back with the number that is in the window. Oh well, That's life.

    Have a Relaxing Day Today
    Congrats on the Find.

    Good morning;
Yesterday was a beautiful day,70 with a nice breeze. My daughter and I went for a 2 1/2 mile walk. Hubby took the MG out for a drive with the top down.
I am not a big fan of riding in the MG. It is so low to the ground it makes me nervous that we might get run over by a bigger vehicle.
I am off today from work and have no plans. It is 65 degrees and cloudy.
    Have a great day. :)

It was pretty comfortable walking for once, Thus I went further than I have been going lately when the humidity sucked away my get up and go.

That sound like out weather for today, With only a few Scattered Thunderstorms :)

Good Luck with them finding a venue, it seems short notice and so much to do, Pick a Cake etc.

    Hi Irene
IMO the minimum You need is Title Insurance for protection...
The Buyer may dictate some things too, The $1250 could be considered a form a insurance to be sure the buyer does not sneak something into the contract.

I got caught yesterday when the very light mist that felt more like what You would feel in fog slowly turned into a steady rain. I was lucky enough to find a seat under an overhang while I unpacked the Disposable Rain Poncho.

I have some of the ones I have been using left and I picked up a couple of different ones at the Dollar Tree store along with a Folding Umbrella, $ 1 each is not a bad price, How anyone makes money on some of what they sell is beyond me.

    Have a Good Day

Glad you got good walks in this a.m. Roger and Irene.
