My exercise today was walking my airport at home. Walking SeaTac airport. Walking through Costco Joanns and Michaels. Then we walked over to Dairy Queen after dinner with a friend but they were closed. Oh well. Made 4.06 miles today. Not bad for driving flying and sitting.

Excellent. Is this a fun trip or business? Hope you enjoy either way.

Medical. My hubby was having an Optirectomy Reversal. (An Optirectomy is when the optic nerve is connected to the rectal nerve and you have a *kitten* outlook on life :D ). Actually he had Lasix surgery on Thursday. He loves his new eyes!!!!!

I did a little bit of walking on Thursday and Friday. I sat around most of Saturday on the ferry.

    Esther

Glad it went well for him. Too funny. And you had a little get away time together.

Pretty good for 68 years old.

The reason most people fail instead of succeed is that they trade what they want the MOST for what they want at the MOMENT.

My exercise for today was the same as yesterday. Yesterday I made a chocolate peanut butter pie, a chocolate cream pie and 2 baby mincemeat pies. Today I made 2 pumpkin pies an apple pie and a big mincemeat pie. The big mincemeat pie is for my parents. The baby ones are for friends. The chocolate pies were for our party tonight and the pumpkin and apple are for our party tomorrow night. And then tonight I walked the dog around the block.
