Barbie-I hope the pain in your legs feels better soon. I know it will be hard for you not exercising, maybe the break will help. Janice0

My exercise for the day is crocheting and feeding my face. I woke up feeling like I had a hangover. I am so tired and sore from this week that I need to decompress. Tomorrow........
Tomorrow I will start cleaning the mess that incurred this week.

Ant my exercise for today was SLEEPING!!!!!! I haven't slept good since Thursday night. And with all the exertion from Nutcracker I was exhausted and unable to function this morning. So I slept. I took a 4 hour nap. I felt a little better afterwards but I definitely need to get some sleep tonight.0

Monday three line dance performance and a bunch of dog walking0

Still walking. I've been going to the gym in the morning and walking on the treadmills. Hoping to get clearance to at least run by the end of the day.0

Doc won't let me lift anything for another week. He's iffy on me running, and has suggested the elliptical, but told me to try and see if it bugs anything. So, stuck to a half hour walk this morning, and I'll do my usual afternoon walk. I'll try more tomorrow.0

Walking is a really good compromise.....you're moving and using a lot of muscles in a lighter way and not taking chances on hurting yourself. Be safe now and you'll thank yourself for it later.

More walking. I did the elliptical yesterday morning. Did a slower pace this morning, as I think I 'm due for an active rest day.0

Yesterday hubby came home. We walked the dog. Trail was longer than we thought. It is 3.25 miles round trip.
Here is a pic of the trail. It is an old water pipeline access road that is overgrown with salmonberry bushes. We were the only ones out there. It was very nice peaceful and almost sunny.
By the time the day was done I had walked 6.9 miles!!!! I am sore today.

Swam today. First time in almost 2 weeks. I woke up and felt like swimming. Last week I just felt like crap and could barely function. So I swam for an hour and a half today.0

Have t done much of anything last few days. Came down with a massive sinus infection. Ears are so plugged up with two different pressures that it is throwing off the equilibrium. But I have an antibiotic so all is good.0
