Sorry I haven't been posting any exercise. The only thing I have been doing is just normal day to day stuff around the house. Weather changes have been kicking up the arthritis and I have been I quite a bit of pain lately. Haven't been sleeping well either because of the pain. Hopefully the weather will settle down a bit for a few days and let me get something accomplished.

T25 stretch-don't let the name fool you, it is still a good lower body workout. I am also getting a little extra workout with the snow removal we have been doing.

I CAN LIFT AGAIN!!!! BACK ON THE PONY!!!

Of course, my PT cut my weights down quite a bit, but hey.

    And remember this thing?

    20. Minutes. Straight.

If you don't hear from me in the next day or so, assume I died.

T25 Cardio day. I am starting to feel stronger, but my arches are hurting a little from all of the jumping involved with the T25 program.

January 20 I spent packing luggage around the airport at home and in Seattle. January 21 I spent 6 hours shopping. January 22 I spent an hour and a half shopping. January 23 I spent 8 1/2 hours laughing and playing cards with my aunt uncle cousin and a friend. What a blast!!!!!!!

Today I switched over to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred since my husband hurt himself and I didn't want to move forward with T25 until he was back at it with me.

I went for a hike with Iris today. I got very brave and daring. This is part of the trail. Granted it was only a 25 minute hike up and about 20 going down it was very tough on the bad knees. 5bjlpg1holl7.jpeg

So today I exercised my lungs and arms. I fed my face and yelled at the tv. And just for the record...........I feel like total CRAP.
