    3.1 on the treadmill walking and running. Didnt finish until 9:25 pm which i dont like but i am so glad i got it done!! Nite all

    a nap with hubby and the pets

    I do most of the walking before 7AM so it is cool and quiet....I listen to an audio book while I walk so I am entertained.

    2 mi run 1/2 mile walk and weight machines after work.

    13,400 steps mostly which I did playing 14 holes of golf. Only 14 holes because we got rained out.

    Yesterday's workout was a tough one. So active rest day today; lots of walking. Although my trainer is trying to get me into her yoga class tonight . . .

    Walked 1.25 miles on lunch. Ran 2.25, walked .75 and did some weigh machines tonight.

    194904olsgis3xqe.gif Today was the final practice before the line dance performance at the County Fair on Saturday. We practiced all the dances along with the changes of hats, sunglasses, and scarves that we'll wear. It went great. I love dancing with these three women but I'll be glad to have my Thursday afternoons back. Errands have been piling up so I texted Jake about going to Costco and he agreed so we had a quick supper and went off to Costco, Petco, and the gas station so now I have fuel, Jake has coffee and some other goodies, and the pets have food.

    :'( My other dumbbell didn't arrive today but the Amazon tracking says that the shipment was delivered so I contacted the sender.....one dumbbell isn't much use to me.

    I swam and I cleaned today. I hate laundry. But I found the mothers nightmare on my daughter. Thank God I have lots of tea tree oil on hand. And to make matters worse.........school starts on Wednesday. I am clean. My hubby is clean. But both girls had bugs.

    Hit my 10,000 steps for today; ran Week 5 Day 2 of C25K this morning (seem stuck on that one) along with a walk at lunch.

    Walked a little over a mile at lunch. Off to the church festival tonight to watch the hubby's band and hang out with family. If i can just stay away from the fried oreos and such, i think all the walking will be good.

    Esther, I remember endless battles like that when I was teaching first grade...glad you had a solution ready and that it didn't spread to you or your hubby.

    Yippee, my second dumbbell arrived today....but since it is after 4 PM on Friday after already walking the dogs for three and half hours and teaching the two hour line dance class and doing a small part of my weight routine, I'll just unpack the dumbbell parts and wait until Sunday to use them for my workout

    Today I made chocolate chip cookies for my brother and nephew who are coming to town this afternoon. Then I made a watermelon cake for Iris's birthday party tomorrow. I am going to attempt to make her an Olaf cake from Frozen. Still doing more laundry. And taking the time to soak in the tub too. ;)

    GUYS GUYS GUYS I DID IT!!!! 20 minute jog, no breaks!! I had to drop the speed a little, but I did it!! Then hit the weights for triceps/chest! I feel awesome!!
