But real, fluffy "no way this can't be low carb" pancakes.
20g fat, 1 g total carbs, 39g protein
Recipe, please?
Do we have the recipe yet and I just missed it? I need to try this Sunday!0 -

Here was her recipe several posts back, @RowdysLady...
@MyriiStorm One scoop of your favorite protein powder
I use dymatize Iso100 (cinnamon bun is amazing, smooth banana is good as well)
1 tbsp oat fiber (gives pancakes volume and density.. I ordered it from netrition.com)
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
Mix well. Cook on medium high heat until you see bubbles start to form. Flip, and cook literally for 5 seconds. Done!
I add a tbsp of butter on top and usually top it with peanut butter or almond butter but hubby ate it all last night0 -

Yum! I love antipasto plates (and Italian chopped salads). Here's my lunch. 1/2 cup full fat Greek yougurt with fresh raspberries and a bit of Truvia (1/2 packet) stirred in. I gave this to my husband and he wasn't thrilled this was all of lunch. Lol. It's good tho!

I didn't want to start a new thread, but a small victory today. Went to a local BBQ place and got grilled dry rub wings and the wife and I shared the beef brisket. Had a great salad also. We usually tell the waitress at the start, no bread please. Today they delivered a basket of hush puppies. They looked great and the wife thought that one wouldn't hurt. I thought nope cuz one would lead to two and so on. Sent them back with the waitress.10

Quick meal to go! In n Out's Double Double. Lettuce wrapped, mustard fried, extra pickles and no spread.

I usually get my bunless burgers in a bowl. Doesn't all the lettuce drown out the flavour a bit?
I had winner winner roast chicken dinner:

Yum!! Recipe!? Please?! @MyriiStorm1 -
I was thinking of stuffing my extra bell peppers with my leftover sausage/cream cheese mixture from making jalapeno poppers. Anyone have an opinion of how this would work? I"m not a huge fan of spice. Too spicy peppers will literally burn my tongue.0

A few times a week I eat something similar for dessert 2-3 table spoons of plain greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, chopped almonds and a drizzle of raw honey.

I'm thinking that would work well. Personally, I DO like spice, but if you don't, this sounds like a good option. Just pop in the oven long enough to get them warmed through and melt any cheese you put on top.1 -
Last night I made zoodles with a goat cheese cream sauce and salmon. I just made it up on the fly, but it turned out pretty amazing. Started with butter and double cream in the pan, the added some goat cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried basil. Once that was all creamy and melted I added some shredded Parmesan. Then added my raw zoodles. I did salt them and squeezed out the water first. Stirred to coat, the added a tin of canned salmon and some pine nuts. Sprinkled some more goat cheese and parm on top then popped under the broiler for a bit until all bubbly and melty. It was so tasty.

Yummy beef roast. Slow cooked in the crock pot all day till fall apart tender (I add one onion and one TBSP Italian dressing, nothing else, and cook on high one hour, then low around five hours).
Having this with a simple salad of butter lettuce (my favorite lettuce), marinated feta cheese and dressing.

Love this! Looking for menu ideas! I am doing ketogenic for cancer. The canton version has protein low almost a spice. Carbs very low to no sugar, or shade veggies . But cauliflower etc is allowed Encourages meat, eggs etc to be organic etc ! Just started first week! But a lot of what you do is similar need menu ideas.2

Starving and came home at midnight from work. I know packaged food isn't as healthy as homemade but if it works, why not? I know a lot of you eat chicken broth or chicken soup to get sodium in, but just thought I'd share this gem. Tastes delicious with a squirt of lemon and a shake of oregano.

Yup.
Super easy too.
2 avocado sliced up to 24 pieces. The long way.
Wrap up sliced Avocado in bacon slices, place seam side down on parchment paper bake at 425. The recipe said to cook for 20 min, I cooked them for thirty and flipped them halfway through since the bacon grease was pooling in the cookie sheet I wanted to fry both sides!
Super yummy but I think the next time I make them I'll put garlic salt on the avocado slices before wrapping for extra flavor. Avocado is yummy but bland to me.3 -
Oh yeah, two of my favorite things, bacon and avocado. I'd put some hot sauce on the avos before wrapping them. Thanks for this lovely idea.0

Tonight's dinner getting ready to go in the oven.
I'm calling them Philly Bacon Bombs!!
They look great now! Hopefully they look just as good coming out of the oven. I'll try my best to take an after oven photo!
