In reading the Dash Diet for Weight Loss (which is basically the SB diet) I got inspired for a little more variet with my lunches!
Today:
Activity: 1 hour walk before work. Then Pilates class at noon. And 30 min walk home
Be: braised egg and SF yogurt and a cup of ginger and turmeric tea.
Sn: two cuties
Lu: two cups steamed broccoli with a bit of butter and spices. And a Dr. Praeger veggie patty
Sn: half a quest bar
Di: Caesar salad with salmon I *think*
De: SF orange jello with whipped cream.
Happy Friday! I'm keeping the tv either off or on Apple TV all day and. It listening to news at work. I need a break!0 -

Morning gals...well, cold is almost gone...man, does it linger. Also, I have played around a lot with what I can have at my desk ... this might work...here's the plan.

snack laughing cow, triscuits, apple pear
I plan on getting back into the pool tomorrow...with a sauna as my reward. That was the whole idea behind no longer taking a lunch break...just so I can get to the pool earlier and still have an evening with Little Miss Ernestine.

Sounds like you two are doing well, as am I, though I'm not walking as much as I should.
I found a good snack, if a bit pricey--Blue Diamond roasted almonds in dark chocolate. It's not a lot of chocolate, just a taste, but this ranks A- in Fooducate. I wish I could find some good dark chocolate that would work also.1 -

Activity: Ran 5k before work, rode to work, did a 1 hr Pilates class at noon (then ate at my desk), rode home, changed, and went to Yoga for strength. WHEW. I'm exhausted!1 -

I spy a Don Lee veggie patty...Miss Sabine! How do you like them? I love the bites as well. I cook them in my air fryer and they get a bit crunchy on the outside and soft inside...great flavor.

Dinner was steamed salmon, spinach and zucchini...with jasmine rice...lemon and a bit of butter. Excellent. Now, I just need to make it through the night, staying 100%.
I feel so much better eating this way...why can't I just do it all the time? Hey...I CAN!

all on plan, until I left work, and was called back. grr.
I grabbed a veggie burger on rye from the pub on the way. Not horrible, but not quite what I was planning.

Yay, it's Friday. First weekend in three weeks, I feel great. Still not in the pool...hoping for Sunday. So many errands to catch up on. Our mailboxes were broken into...had to get a PO Box...looks like they did not get anything of mine, but now I need to make sure if it were to happen again, I am safe. Pain in the neck to drive to PO to pick up mail...but oh well.0 -

Swapped out the rice for a sweet potato. Everything cooked in a steamer.

That is so me. When I'm tired I need to nap and not eat! PERIOD. I do get that.
Except for too many triscuits yesterday the food was spot on. I love daves kkller bread. I have a whole Sammy but not at one time. I think it might be working. It keeps me going and seems to be the best whole gain fiber rich bread I have found! They also carry it at Walmart btw.
Today I saved my yogurt for after work. The two light laughing cows help keep the hungries at bay.

Well, steaming zucchini is not a good thing. Tonight, for dinner, I will panko/Parmesan zucchini spears and air fry them. But everything else steamed...sweet potato, salmon and spinach.
Breakfast. Kodiak cakes (waffles) and sf maple syrup...nature's hollow brand...I got it from netrition.com
Snack. Green smoothie
Lunch. Dave's Killer Bread Sammy
Snack. Rest of the green smoothie
Dinner. Salmon, spinach, zucchini, sweet potato
