Morning, I have had TWO horrible days...after doing so well. Need to fix that NOW!

    b eggs and V8
    s baby bels
    l yogurt
    d steak, salad, spinach
    d popcorn and tea

GREAT to see you both. Ernestine is hanging in there...she gets sub q fluids daily right now. Labs are ordered for Monday to see where she is. She is eating...with a lot of doctoring up her food and the drops from PETWELLBEING.COM

Found this place in the middle of the night when I was desperately looking for help.

She is taking the kidney support drops. AMAZING results. A complete 180 the day I gave her the first dose. Holistic. Worth checking out! <3

Morning dolls! Ernestine had labs yesterday...before yesterday, her creatine was 6. Yesterday, drum roll please...3.3.

She is still way too high...but she is improving. And her other numbers are not so great. But she is eating...and she is eating some of the Royal Canine morsels with gravy Kidney diet. I also ordered something from MY PERFECT PET...it's frozen fresh...lightly cooked...low phosphorous. Only thing is ... I have to cook a steak and use the juice to pour over it. I have tried all sorts of other things to entice her...but the steak juice works.

    Today's Menu:

b: dave's killer bread french toast with egg whites only
    s v8 and cuties
l don lee veggie bites, cuties, blueberries
    s celery and salsa
    d TJ salad
    d tea, baby bels.

I love Dave's killer 60 cal slice...it is amazing and it helps move things along...perfect bread IMHO. I find it at Walmart.

Have a super day my friends! And thank you for cheering LME along. <3

Well, Friday was a good day...and yesterday was NOT. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Not horrible, just not good enough to lose.

    Better day today! Right, Silver!

    Enjoy your company, Sabine!

PS: I have been getting in more veggies. That is a good thing!

    NEWB HERE

    Started last week 03/13/17

We(Hubster & I) ordered the 4 week program. So far I am down between 5-6 lbs & he is down about 4-5. I know the beginning is water weight but still it is keeping me motivated. Really happy there is a group for SB!!

And that Kaylyns Kitchen website is the best!

Best of luck to everyone here, glad to be joining the ranks B)

Welcome, Bridge...great job on dropping the pounds.

Keeping close to the weight I lost with my pup, Ernestine, was really sick. Up a few from the lowest.

    Menu is not completely SB.

Getting in my veggies after work.

Lots of squeezing when it's in the towel. Cook both sides throughly before adding topping. My husband loves it.

OK, folks, I gotta get serious. I promised myself I would not get crazy about what I was eating as long as I stayed within 3 lbs. of my goal weight. Well, this morning, I exceeded my 3 lbs., so it's time to do SB for real. I'd been slipping, having snacks I shouldn't have had, falling back into old patterns. No more.

    Today:

Br: V8, Kellogg's All-Bran Bran Buds, banana, skim milk
Lunch: kiwi, spinach salad with hard-boiled egg and hummus, 2 (only 2!!) ak mak crackers
    Snack: apple/light mozzarella stick, yogurt/clementine
Supper: mixed green salad, Bolthouse dressing, chicken lentil stew, cauliflower and broccoli, Dave's 60-calorie Killer Bread, pistachios

    How are you folks doing?
