So, I get to work at 7...had one egg before work with a teaspoon of corn/chili salsa.

    At work nibbling on...

    Hillshire Farms turkey breast slices
    One HB egg
    V8
    Pear Apple slices
    Two Light Baby Bels
One Dannon Light Fit Greek Yogurt

I think it's kinda nice...eat bits throughout the day til I go home...will try and add veggies next week that are not too too crunchy but bite size.

I love Dave's Killer Bread...but burned out for now.

At home, I am busy decluttering...and really getting rid of stuff...less stuff to deal with...easy to keep the house clean. That is what I will be doing all weekend. Also, more room for LME to play fetch.

Hope you are all having a good day.

It's 7:30 and I just had dessert...getting into bed to watch Netflix...with a cuppa tea...watching Happy Valley...well, tea just solves everything now doesn't it. Lol

I so recommend Happy Valley...really good...but u need to use subtitles cuz the cockney accent is so thick. Two seasons...six episodes each. They are making one more...can't wait.

Ok...well night night...sleep well. I sure hope this reboot works...I really want to get into my cute little jeans for my vacation. B)<3

I'll look for it! It's 830 here. Hubs is out of town for A WEEK. I had salmon, pesto and asparagus for dinner (and one small glass of wine, which to me means one more day of phase one!). I'm now having licorice tea and watching old scrubs epIsodes!

    Today's final:

activity: run 5k walk 5k , walk to work, walk home 25,841 steps

br: veggie patty, sunny side up egg, low fat cheddar
    sn: almonds
lu: 4 ounces chicken breast and 1 cup broccoli with soy sauce and garlic chili paste
    sn: braised egg
di: 4 ounces of salmon and 1 cup of asparagus
de: 1 glass chardonnay, 1 cup sugar free pudding

Sabine--I'm amazed/impressed at how much exercise you get. I'm happy if I can just walk for 30 minutes each day.

Picked up these today at costco, after trying a sample. Not bad for freezer emergency rations.

    Thanks for the tip, Sabine...

So since I am out of P1...back over here posting.

    b egg and v8
    s yogurt
l don lee veggie patty, LTO, orange (maybe on Dave's Killer Bread...the light stuff.)
    s salad
    d chicken, spinach with butter
    d pudding and topping
    late night...tea and baby bells

So, yesterday, the vet called...ON A SUNDAY...Ernestine's labs came back...not good. Something is wrong with her kidneys. Going into the hospital today at 8...vet is faxing all her stuff over. The hospital is close to me...she will most like be staying to get her fluids right.

Yesterday was horrible. I cried so much. She is my everything. But I am now taking the approach that they will be able to help her and she will just have meds and a special diet. That is what is going to get me going through today...til I know more.

I have an appointment to look at a house today, that just might be it. The location I want and in a 55 plus community. Pool right outside my back door. 4 miles from work. NOW, I just need my little girl to be ok.

    Prayers accepted. <3B)

So sorry to hear about your beloved Ernestine. Still, modern medicine is amazing and will, hopefully, be able to solve the problem. I hope the house works out too.

valban1.gifMorning...so it is 4:39 and I have been up since 3. But I do get Little Miss Ernestine back today...after work, I will head over there...maybe sooner.

Did not eat much yesterday...was with realtor and made an offer on a house. This is very scary. But I am going forward...I am a worker...and as long as they will have me I can work...hoping eventually to go to part time...but it is part of my personal wellness program. I SUCK AT TOO MUCH FREE TIME ON MY HANDS. Now, maybe if I had unlimited funds to travel and do whatever I wish, then ok. But I don't, so...well, you get it.

    Today's Plan...

    b egg v8
    s yogurt
l egg and ... pear apple slices
    d chicken and spinach
    d pudding and topping
late night....tea and baby bels. NOT enough veggies...I know.

Have a great day, ladies...and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the well wishes and the words of advice...super wonderful! <3o:)

Really losing right now because I can't eat. Sick pup. Kidney disease...not sure how much longer she has. I am a complete wreck. This one is tougher than the rest ...they are all special, but LME came into my life when my life was a frickin disaster. She pulled me through.

    LME aka Little Miss Ernestine
