I am getting close to wanting to do P1... I just have to get this fruit love affair out of my system.
Living in our new home with all the space and ease of prepping is making me want to give it a shot!1 -

Yeah, it's a work trip again. On the plus side, one of my colleagues is on a LC diet. The other is meticulous with his eating. On the plus side we'll be walking upwards of 20k steps a day. on the down side there will be MUCH wine. There always is. But, it's usually a wash, with all the walking.1 -

I am going to start my strength training on JULY 1...I have the chair gym and it is perfect for me who has to start small...now I just have to use it.

Summer fruit is so good...ay ya ya. weighed in today...141 which is one pound up from the lowest I was when we did the reboot the first time...2015 April.
Will be extremely mindful today to push for two pounds this week. I really want to see the 130s.

Question--I've gotten down to my happy weight, lower than it's been in decades, and my BMI is fine. But--I can't seem to get rid of my huge belly. Is it because I'm postmenopausal? Any suggestions? I'm a daily walker, but I've tried to get into exercise programs, which don't seem to stick for me.0

I think I just need to exercise more...not just walk. In fact I know I do. I am really fluffy in the middle...and also, my arms need a good workout plan.
