Hmmm, I thought I updated here last night. Either I was dreaming or I didn't hit Post I guess.
Added another 11 miles for a May total of 28.75 miles. Looks like just enough to be in the green for a day.
Have a great night and a wonderful Thursday all.2 -

We have another night of frost warnings out and the furnace on.
@Leanz: I run with gloves on. The colder it is the thicker the gloves. Sometimes mittens over gloves. When it is really cold, I wear wool and slip hand warmers in. Saturday, I left my gloves in the car and was grateful for sleeves with thumb holes to keep some of my hand warm.
Sadly many marathoners in corral D yesterday did not get an official time because they started so late and the city had a time when they had the wagon sweep. The books said 14 mile pace but because they got out late. They shut them down. Many running club members finished without an official time. A real disgusting thing to do 26.2 miles and be told it's not official.
When I used to run, I wore neoprene gloves when it was raining and mittens when it was close to 30 degrees. I didn't really care about the weight since running that cold meant speed wasn't my goal. I would wear ski gloves if it was dry.
@Clepant - I can't believe they didn't get an official time! If the rules to the start delay the start, they need to extend the finish time! That's not the fault of the runner. I would be sending a protest letter over that one. Running clubs should be filing letters of complaint. That makes me mad. Those runners didn't do anything wrong.3 -
