I KNOW IT...the bread bowl and salt levels were probably my undoing..a solid 4-5 days of fasting will get me down into the 170's1 -
Yeah, I think Panera is notorious for their salt content. Their baguettes are my absolute favorite French bread. I can put on 4 pounds over night in a flash with salt. Remember... we're 60% water. You got this...you're a master0

I know a lot of it is salt and water (plus an enormous bread bowl w my soup yesterday) BUT STILL....time for a big cleanse...I keep getting back on track, then "off track"...not that I'm doing anything outside of OMAD, but I need to tighten up my nutrition...here we go, kids, here we go.....
Methinks that you ingested a ton of salt and carbs this weekend and it's just a whole load of water... Should be gone quickly!!! You will kick *kitten*$!!!
Probably...but I wasn't happy to see it on the scale either way! LOL - extended fasting for the win! (Let's cross our fingers I don't lose my sanity in the interim LOL)
Probably water from the salt like what was said.1 -

Well rest assured babe, that's mostly because I was up 9 freakin' pounds from the beginning of Aug - I know it's water weight but it's annoying to see it lol...it shall not deter me though!0 -
Update: 185 even today - so down another pound and a half which is a little low for me...however I did have a few crackers last night because my tummy felt questionable, ergo I'm probably not liver-glycogen free today so tomorrow will be the REAL weigh in - if I can get down to 181.6 (which is where I was at the beginning of August *sigh*) I'll be happy...0

Fingers crossed that you are successful tomorrow. Still, I'm envious of both your 4# loss in 1 day, and your full-fast average of 3#/day. Somebody loves you!0 -
HA! Thanks! LOL - most of it is cleaning out the salt and water I'm retaining from my weekends LOL0
-
Update - 182.8 - SO CLOSE to back where I need to be...I'll be under 180 next week you mark my words. LOL0

Fantastic results. You are going to be so thin when I return from Spain, I won't be able to see you if you turn sideways.0

HA! I wish! I have a wedding I'm in at the end of the month so I gotta kick it into gear! :P0 -
That's how I feel too. Kick it into gear. I have to throw some clothes into a suitcase in 2 days, for a month in Spain, and there is not much that fits right now. I hate the thought that I'm going to be one of those fat tourists, but it-is-what-it-is. Not to mention that they are having a heat wave, daytime temps in the 90s for the first 2 weeks. Oh yeah, and how will I survive that?
I hope your dress for the wedding fits perfectly and you have a wonderful time!!0 -

Thank you! It might be a little big! I had it fitted 30 pounds ago! LMAO0 -
I'm a good seamstress. Too bad I won't be there. I could fit that dress to you in no time!0

Congrats! Good luck to the 170s!0

I had some skinny suits that I couldn't wear for a long time. I was able to get back into them and toss my bigger ones. Now I have to toss my skinny ones also and have bought some new smaller ones! Don't like spending the money but it is satisfying knowing your smaller!0
-
Wow yeah...you're gonna feel so proud in that baggy dress! haha. Fantastic u-turn on that water weight gain! Glad you didn't let it drown you!0
-
Thanks to both of you... It seems to fit ok... Doesn't look awful... Its a very forgiving dress...ill post pictures when it happens... Today is cleaning day! I'd love to post pictures of my omad but stupid phone won't let me... Stay tuned0

Ok! The weekend fooooooooood!!!!
Friday I had a hankering for KFC andddd bdubs! So I went and got bdubs sauce to dip my chicken - also had mac 'n cheese, mashed taters w gravy, and some frenchy fries.
Saturday night's 'dilla - sorry there's a bite taken out, I got excited LOL
ALSO Saturday night I made my handsome man some shrimp and grits (he's from the Louisiana so he loves some southern food) - I had a little bit but wanted to save it for he and Nikki hence the 'dilla:
It was a good eating weekend! Having another OMAD day today, fasting Tues/Weds
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!!!
