    Check In!

    Weight - 187.6

That darn 0.6 is from the sodium from ma' pickles! Had a few pickles and a few cucs w hot sauce...had to in order to prevent giving in *sigh* - still only like 70 cals, so I'll take it :)

Hoping for 184 by Friday...will probs do another fast on Thursday but tonight, WE FEAST! Planning on pork chops with mushroom gravy, green beans, and salad. I MIGHT make some mashed taters but I'm going to try to avoid it, and stick with fruit for my carbs,...we'll see how it goes :)

@mistymeadows2005 I can handle that, my cooking is rather unorthodox.

    I dig unorthodox :)

Need to write down an actual recipe for my chocolate/cayenne chicken thighs. Usually pair that with a yellow squash/zucchini/onion medley seasoned with garlic and whatever else suits my fancy. Old Bay is sounding good today. If I go standard, will use a little garlic, sea salt and a seasoning mix meant to be used on bagels. You know the loaded bagel seasoning. Slips my mind. I add parm at the end on the veggies. Hmm, might add some smoked hot sauce to the veggies. Smoked hot sauce is awesome,

I enjoy most smoked things, and I FREAKIN LOVE HOT SAUCE, so sign me up for that :) Everything spice is the word you're looking for :) I'm a big fan! Gotta try it on non-bagel things!

Ah yes, Everything Spice. Oh, must have butter and olive oil, to taste. I precook the fats with the spices to release a little flavor.

    So scatter brained today. Airplanes!

    Check In: 188.6 :(:(:(
Up a pound...had to be the ridiculous amount of salt in the gravy lmao.

    Food Porn:
    w1yrtklc60ub.png
2-4.5 oz pork chops with the bone cut out, with mushroom and onion gravy made from home drawn schmaltz. Green beans with garlic, and a salad with tom and cheese and ranch. A peach, a mango, a few strawberries, and an orange. Ate all the meat, about half the salad and half the beans, and all the fruit except the orange. No taters, because I decided on a few cocktails instead - probably why I'm up a little today...oh well, tomorrow I'll be back down :)

TODAY IS A NEW DAY! Planning in kickin' some a** both in dieting and work! Wish me luck, darlings!

    Checking In:

    Weight - 187.8
    Down 0.8 lbs

Had Panera for dinner last night because I had rewards/points from my membership card thingy. SO I had half a chipotle chicken melt, a BOWL of cheddar brocolli soup, made a little salad with tomatoes and ranch, and orange, and a few of these things called zotz? They're little sour candies...delish! Anywho total cals, 1470 so I'm happy.

Fasting today, "weekly" weigh in tomorrow so cross your fingers for 184, but I'd take 185 willingly :) That'd be 2 pounds this week! Plus it'd leave me 2 weeks to lose 5 more pounds which is completely doable.

Sorry for no pics, I was hungry! LOL

Thanks! I think I like this splitting my fasting days up through the week...it doesn't give me the big dramatic drops (which ARE very encouraging) but I think it makes it more manageable!

Awesome. I like 2 days of fasting and 1 day to re-feed when needing a jumpstart.

Yeah I used to do 72-96 at a time before I got sick BUT since my main motivation for getting back on a schedule was my health, I'm not doing more than 48 hour ones right now :)

    I'll take it!

    Checking In!
    Weight 185.6
1.4 pounds down this week :)

It's not the 2-3 I wanted but I will take it willingly! 184 shall have to wait for next week. This is our last week in our work building - next Friday we take all our stuff and start the following Monday in the new building. I'm nervous that my trusty scale won't make it to the new building :|:|:(:( We'll see I suppose.

Ced is coming over tonight and I made quinoa taco meat last night (I had to distract myself so I didn't eat the whole fridge lmao) AND I have some BOMB queso cheese sauce, so I'm thinking I'll make him loaded nachos and I'll do loaded nachos on BELL PEPPERS! WOOT WOOT! We'll see :)

    Happy Friday, fam!

Happy Monday guys! I regret to inform you that I failed to take any pictures over the week...I "soft" OMADed because it was date weekenddddd :-D Hung out with my honey and relaxed.

Yesterday we went out to lunch for Father's day, and I munch on leftovers for the majority of the day, but to be fair I wasn't really very hungry that early when we originally went. I still didn't eat it all, so the leftovers will be for tomorrow's OMAD because it's Monday FAST AND FLUSH! :P I had a roll, a salad, a few fried pickles/boneless wings, and for my entree I ordered a sirloin with mushrooms, onions, and bleu cheese with mashed taters and gravy. Even after all the munching, I still have the majority of my steak left so again, that'll probably end up being OMAD tomorrow, probs along with a big salad since I really want to take it LIGHT this week.

Weight check in *cringe* - 192 and change (it toggled)

Had a BUNCH of salt all weekend and lots 'o' carbs so I think with 2 fasting days and eating light the rest of the time, hopefully we'll still get down to 184 this week :)

In other news, I should hear back today if I'm approved for my mortgage! SUPER excited! I'll keep y'all updated on that :)

    Hey Steph,

Catching up on your thread. That 192 will be gone in no time I am sure. I was up from the beach vaca but man it was worth it :).

Yesssss, I can't wait to see pictures when you post them! I always swing way up after the weekend - GD salt and cocktails! :P I've got 4 days to drop 8 pounds which sounds so aggressive but I bet 5 of them are gone by tomorrow LOL

It will! Which shocks everyone because I've been in the mortgage industry for a long time LOL - extenuating circumstances have prevented it until now, and the timing is just seeming to work out perfectly so I'm quite excited o:)o:)o:)<3<3<3>:)>:)>:)

    Hi OMADers! Happy Tuesday!
    Fasted (mostly) yesterday B)

    Weight check in: 189.6

Happy with that! I'm going to keep it low carb/light today and tomorrow and probably fast Thursday or go very light. 184 is totes doable this week! I'll have pictures tomorrow of my dinner tonight - planning on a bleu cheese steak salad, some sauteed veggies, and some fruit. That might change though so stay tuned! :)
