*sigh* I'm up 0.8 pounds today
Check In: 190.4
Steak and bleu cheese salad with ranch, some sauteed mush and onions, and some fruit (not pictured) and a few jolly ranchers and m&ms.
I have to believe it was the salt content because I was only around 1700-1800 cals.
New plan - SUPER light day today, push water, keep it low salt. Fast tomorrow. Pray for 184 Friday morning LOL.

It is possible, This week had a rough start with the weekend eating. I found myself at 167.8 pounds on Monday Morning. I ate low carb on Monday and woke up Tuesday morning at 162.7. Did another low carb day yesterday and was at 160.8 this morning. So I definitely believe it is possible.0

Okay guys, I know I normally don't post this late but I have to tell you about how my amazing shopping trip went because it was epic!
I got-
3/4 lb of peppered bacon
2 Chipotle Jalepeno chicken sausage
2 basil black pepper chicken sausage
1 each of parmesean and bratwurst chicken sausage (each sausage was about a half lb)
3 lbs chicken thighs (skin on because... Schmaltz)
A pint of blueberries
A head of cauliflower
A giant thing of compari toms
2 cucs
3 bell peppers
2 avos
3 pounds of red grapes
A mango
A spaghetti squash
3 nectarines
All of this for 35 bucks... Imma eat like a queen for a solid week and a half!! WOOT WOOT!
(side note... The sausages and bacon were fresh made from their in house deli)
(also for the record now that I'm sitting down I'm not really particularly hungry so my diary will probs change... It was my long day and I went shopping)1 -
Where in the world did you go shopping to get those amazing prices on that much food?? I doubt there is a place of comparison in TN...….But yummy yummy on all your good stuff!!!0

Not where I wanted to be as of this morning so a full fast today. At this point I'll be happy to be back at 185 tomorrow but if we can get down to the 184s I'll be ecstatic LOL
This was dessert -
Grapes, a nectarine, and blueberries
Dinner -
Lettuce and Kale, roasted cauliflower with a little hot sauce which I ate on the lettuce and kale like a buffalo chicken salad but with cauliflower (actually really good...I'd do that again) - some fresh veggies, of which there was no chance of eating it all LOL - with some ranch and some cilantro lime dressing.
Trusting the process and running the play kids...stay tuned.

Yum on the food porn. Totally going to look for that market. I love buffalo cauliflower bites. I need to find the recipe I have for the kind I do, they are amazing!!!

Just catching up!
How is the new building? Also, I agree that 0.2 sucks, but a loss is a loss. At least, that's what I told myself when it took me 2 weeks to lose that! Our bodies are so interesting.

Ok guys so a couple things -
Here's Friday's meal:
2 diff types of chicken sausage, a bone in chicken thigh, and a salad.
1. The scale has not made it the new building yet (nor have I even figured out where the gym is LMAO) so no weighing until it migrates over here
2. This weekend's eating was a little rough - mostly OMAD but a longer window and a LOT of food
3. I didn't fast yest because I wanted the option of trying out the SWEET NEW BOMB A** cafeteria, which I didn't end up having time for LOL so fasting today and Thurs.
That's about all to report - still no movement on the house issue, so that's stressful but I'm keeping the faith - I'll try to catch up today on everyone's posts0 -

Also - the new building is awesome BUT giant...like it's not particularly convenient to get anywhere...even the kitchen and ladies room and stuff - it also seems to lack the warm and fuzzy from the old building but that might just take time.
