Oh my the sun, I got to see it in London for real, it was awesome. Had a great time at Twickenham, then back for Ed Sheeran who was amazing. Now awaiting my body to detox itself from all the alcohol that has passed through it this weekend lol

Taking a small break from an extremely busy day at work, it's good really, it's distracting me from some personal stuff I am trying to ignore until the weekend.

Went to see I Feel Pretty yesterday (new Amy Schumer film), funny but in a so true it's sad kind of way.

Happy weekend eve folks. I have a fully packed weekend again - charity row tomorrow morning at 4am for Pieta House, out to the pub in the evening for the European Rugby Final, then another 25km long row Sunday in preparation for the race in a couple of weeks.

Fair play to you. Did one for Cancer a couple of weeks back, it's an amazing feeling.

You must be enjoying the rowing now then if you're going racing ?

The race was what I signed up to do before even trying it lol product of a drunken xmas party at work, but I am really enjoying it.

Didn't get to enjoy as much of my weekend as I had hoped :disappointed: Did get to go out for the rowing at 4am on Saturday morning which was awesome. But rest of my weekend was marred by some work stress and a fallout with a friend. Today is a new day though, embracing the positive things in my life and not dwell on the negative stuff.

Yeah I can't wait for the weekend, I am camping Friday night, hiking Saturday during the day then going to the Pro 14 final.

Our work have finally opened our on-site gym, so I am going to go and check that out tonight. Might encourage me to get more strength training in.

    how goes your week?

I had brace adjustment today and am suffering lol - dry mouth plus new wires = ripped lips and sore teeth. Lame!
But - fish and chips tonight with my step dad at his allotment. That'll be fun! :D

Week is going well, had a lot of sunshine, laid out on a picnic blanket yesterday with my Kindle and a can of light bulmers, I totally didn't log everything I had yesterday because I kind of mindlessly snacked yesterday, realised though that shark week is due around Friday so need to be more aware of this, I had a good handle on managing my cravings up until the last 2 months because I would make an effort to increase carbs and calories slightly in the run up so I didn't go craving crazy, however, the last 2 months have flown by and forward planning as totally passed me by!

I have signed up for a DietBet transformer, put my money where my mouth is, literally, I weighed yesterday evening (you have to submit a photo of your weight), which kind of helps with the initial 3% goal for round one because I was about 5lb heavier than my morning weigh in, that puts me at 22.5lb loss in 6 months to win my bet, which is totally do-able. The final day of each round falls just before my PMT craziness so that too should help, as it's usually the lowest weight of each month.

Hope the gums are feeling better.
