I sometimes find I’m down in weight the day after a few drinks. Might be dehydration or something but I’m not complaining! I actually try to have a big glass of red wine every day because I definitely feel there are health benefits to doing so (I forget to have it a fair amount though) and it hasn’t inhibited my losses...1

Congrats on the drop!
And I echo Sarah. I drink a glass of red at least 5 days a week and have been doing so for almost a decade now -- never stopped my progress!0 -
I seem to be super sensitive to alcohol most of the time. I don't drink often which might have something to do with it.0

I have been fasting since 7pm Wednesday night. 36 hours down. I really didn't mean to miss my meal last night, it was leftover night, and there wasn't anything worth it. I am thinking I might step out at lunch and pick up a bowl of soup, not sure though as I am not currently hungry.
My challenge is over, so I am going to be backing off a little on the intensity and try to not be so darn hard on myself.

I would go tell dinner if you can or just be careful with the lunch after a long fast, that would be very easy for me to eat a ton after that!0
-
You did very good during your challenge
I dont know if you already told us this already but what is your goal weight/maintenance range?

I don't have one. I sat at the 150's for most of High School, the smallest being 135 so I am not sure. For me to be a healthy BMI I should be below 145.
I was in the 200's starting in early elementary, brief period of a healthy BMI in High school, to obese again.
I feel like I should just go until it settles itself maybe?

Oy! I am in a tizzy, my scale just died this morning. Ugh, I was so excited to weigh because I was feeling so good. Hopefully Darling Husband can get some batteries for it, so I will have a number for my weigh in tomorrow.

Oh no

It has been such a long time since I have seen this big of a drop, and I am so happy about it. I hit my goal on 180 before my birthday (which is tomorrow). Sammy for the WIN! I knew I was feeling good yesterday!
Have a wonderful weekend! I am going to let loose tomorrow, not food wise anyway!

Excellent! You should put 29.5 celebration candles on your cake and let everyone wonder...then take a huge breath and blow those suckers away. Happy Birthday!0
