Well I am down sick with a double ear infection. The doc gave me medicine to help the infection so I have my fingers crossed. I couldn't even go to work today.
I am hoping to be out of the 190's next week. I have been here for 8 weeks . Slow and steady will eventually finish the race, at least.

Hope your medicine knocks that ear infection right out of you! I had them a lot when I was a child and the pain of them still haunts me. You've got a great weight loss journey going on...congrats!0

This is the longest I have stayed with a "diet" even though I don't think this is a diet per-say. I always would stop if I was not losing 2 or 3 lbs a week. Now I am at the point in my life that I am okay with any progress. I would rather it take longer and last forever.0 -
Absolutely right it's not a diet. Rather a fairly comfortable lifestyle choice.1

I agree - I haven't really seen a lost in like 6 weeks but I'm sticking with it! I know it's because I've been lax and I'll pick up the losing when my mind and body is ready - I'm at a healthy weight so I'm not gonna stress about it1
