So I have steadily seen my weight go down after the treat day, but it was not what I was hoping for. Since I have given up my treat days for the challenge, I am hoping to see a more movement this week.

I love the carbonation so I'll have a San Pelligrino or La Croix sparkling water to get my fizzy fix.0

I don't know why @jim_fbr but I hate carbonated water. I love Diet Soda for the bubbles, but I just can't do the carbonated water.0

Me too, I only like my water cold and plain...Good job not drinking any soda, I only drink diet soda at the movies which isn't very often but I gotta have it with my popcorn1 -

I didn’t have a treat day yesterday just a lot of carbs for dinner. Pepperoni chicken, half a mini bread loaf, and small package of famous Amos.
It was calorific-0 -
Carbs will do it every time for me too but they are sooo yummy Just make your next meal low carb and the number will come back down0

Roast and carrots were on the menu last night! We also had a craving for ice cream so that happened.

Had a last minute dinner option of Long John Silvers. Super bad idea. Fried Fish and Fries and Cocktail Sauce with so much sodium that I can feel the bloat in my fingers as I type.
Le sigh,
But I am liking the tracking daily, because I am seeing exactly what things are effecting and me and how.

Yeah, tracking daily is super interesting... That kind of high sodium meal can take me around 3-4 days to recover from and lose the water weight. Super annoying, but at least you know it isn't real weight.0

I can easily gain 3-5 lbs eating really salty stuff. Drink lots of water and it will come off in a day or two (for me it seems to go faster if I hydrate a lot).0

Day 11 of 21 - 185.2
So much water was drank yesterday! I ate about 650 calories for dinner last night, I just really wasn't super starved.
So the flushing advice has definitely worked out. I still have 3 days until the weekly weigh-in, which will be the morning after thanksgiving. I may just take Thursday's weight, but I am not sure.
I am not planning on over doing it, and I will only eat once that day. I am not sure, I am still on the fence on this... I guess I'll just see how it comes out first.0 -
