Thanks @blambo61 I have never been consistent in my life. Eating this way seems very natural to me and not hard. I chugging right along to the 14th week, and loving it!

You are having great success. It is wonderful to find a way of eating that is enjoyable, doable, and helps you reach your goals. I have found OMAD to be that for me and it seems to be that for you to as well. Continue to chug along you are really setting a good example for us all.0

Good job on the consistent losses Sammy, it "feels natural" to me as well.
I'm to the point I could change things up if I wanted to, expand the eating window etc, but I just don't feel like it. This seems to be my life now. At least for now I'm fine eating once per day and it really is no big deal. Hunger during the day? Pfft! nope.0 -

So a pretty good size gain for the week. I can tell you exactly what happened. CAKE!
It was my sons 7th birthday on the 14th so I bought him a little cake. My mother in laws birthday is the same day, so she had bought him and her a cake.
So it would have been alright if the cake would have stopped there, but then we had two birthdays at work this week. I have had cake everyday this week, which is pretty impressive. I know my weaknesses, but now I am over the sugar addiction.
Onward onto the next week. Happy Friday.

Last night at wedding dinner, I did have a couple of pieces of cake, and this morning no gain! I did fast tell 5 yesterday though. If I had a lunch and did that, I would gain for sure.0
