    Amazing progress so far! Proud of you! Skipping out on work provided snacks and breakfasts and lunches and such is the hardest part for me to the struggle is real LOL stay strong and have a great weekend babe!

    I do too! Anything I can incorporate salsa is my jam. I would have it eight times a day if I could justify it.

    I have a new goal for this week. I am going to try going without artificial sweetener, during my fast. I went yesterday without it and I felt I wasn't as hungry. Previously I have been having "sweet tea" and diet beverages. I would drink more because it made me feel hungrier. So, so far this morning I have had only black coffee and ice water. We shall see.

    Very nice goal, Sammy! I was a coffee creamer junkie and went totally black in April, I now love black coffee. Go figure. Black coffee and water is all I have during my fasting frame. Usually two coffees in the morning and 1-2 cups in the afternoon. All water the rest of the time.

    I cut out diet soft drinks, sweeteners and milk in coffee about 2 weeks ago. I think it is making a difference and it's not nearly as hard as I expected. I also bought a soda stream and have started making sparkling water as I was really missing the bubbles. That's helped with my water intake - I'm drinking a ton of water now.

    Good decision, you'll do well getting away from sweeteners of any kind.
