    This is the longest I have stayed with a "diet" even though I don't think this is a diet per-say. I always would stop if I was not losing 2 or 3 lbs a week. Now I am at the point in my life that I am okay with any progress. I would rather it take longer and last forever.

    Absolutely right it's not a diet. Rather a fairly comfortable lifestyle choice.

    I agree - I haven't really seen a lost in like 6 weeks but I'm sticking with it! I know it's because I've been lax and I'll pick up the losing when my mind and body is ready - I'm at a healthy weight so I'm not gonna stress about it ;)

    Yes 20 pounds is huge...or a small toddler! When I don't feel like I'm doing enough I ask myself "what is enough?" enough is making an effort everyday...it doesn't have to be perfect it just has to be a continuation of making an effort. Congrats.

    I ate too much during my OMAD this week, but I also did not have a splurge day this week.

    I think I will make it a weekly thing and hope for more.

    You're making great, steady progress!!! Mine is always plateau, plateau, plateau, BIG LOSS. I'd MUCH prefer to see those lovely, consistent drops - you're doing AMAZING!!!!

    Well, I didn't cut my meals down this week, but still showed a loss. I also did not have a splurge/feast day. Overthinking it I guess you could say, or psyching myself out a bit. I think I am just going ride this half pound loss cycle as long as I can. We have been working with schedule changes in the house so right now we are eating a lot of processed food. Perhaps, in a month or so, things will slow down, and I can focus more on the nutrition.

    Good Morning OMADers. I had a great week. I had a pretty big treat day, and I believe that is what pushed me through to the extra loss. I found that I got all my cravings out of the way, and I didn't want to treat myself through the week.
