Yes 20 pounds is huge...or a small toddler! When I don't feel like I'm doing enough I ask myself "what is enough?" enough is making an effort everyday...it doesn't have to be perfect it just has to be a continuation of making an effort. Congrats.

Well, I didn't cut my meals down this week, but still showed a loss. I also did not have a splurge/feast day. Overthinking it I guess you could say, or psyching myself out a bit. I think I am just going ride this half pound loss cycle as long as I can. We have been working with schedule changes in the house so right now we are eating a lot of processed food. Perhaps, in a month or so, things will slow down, and I can focus more on the nutrition.

Good Morning OMADers. I had a great week. I had a pretty big treat day, and I believe that is what pushed me through to the extra loss. I found that I got all my cravings out of the way, and I didn't want to treat myself through the week.
