    Week 18- 184.7 (-1.5)
    Week 19- 184.4 (-0.3)
    Week 20- 183.4 (-1.0)
    Week 21-

Total Lost - 26.4 lbs lost

    Day 14 of 21 -

I didn’t weigh this morning. I can feel the bloat and I didn’t want to be disappointed. I didn’t go overboard with the feast. I had one piece of pie. I had two glasses of wine and two glasses of champagne. I really believe that is what sent me into the bloat.
The challenge now is that there is tons of pie in my house now!

    Have a great weekend!

Looking at your table, we definitely had way too much food. Our set up looked like this, no way we could fit everything on the table.

There is the alcohol rearing it’s ugly face.

It’ll be gone soon! I know that when I have had alcohol bloating in the past, 1-2 nice, long walks or a lower carb day got me back down quickly.

That’s still pretty good. I gained a pound over the weekend just eating normally and without a drop of alcohol!!

    Day 18 of 21 - 184.9

I am gonna be real honest. I can not wait for this 21 day challenge to end. I feel like I have been restricting myself something terrible, and I basically binged on Olive Garden, and Popcorn on Sunday. Sure it was still in my eating window but I intentionally over did it. I had two servings of the Cesar salad, three bread sticks, all of the huge portion of chicken fettuccine Alfredo.

On the first of December I am not gonna focus on the weight loss, I am just going to focus on my eating habits. It isn't a race. I just have to remind myself of that.

*Edited* I also forgot to mention that I have started ACV in Cran-Grape juice to break my fast. My question to those of you who use ACV, do you break the fast with it, or close it? (Because I don't want to drink it while consuming) Are there any Victories you contribute to the introduction of ACV into your OMAD?

I have a splash of ACV in about a half cup of veg juice with my meal. I can't really say if it's been a success or not, but just a habit that I maintain.

I know that some can not shake the cravings for carby foods, for me I think it was instrumental in getting to my goal that I was able to break my desire for them. Just so much easier to get through the day with heavier emphasis on fats and protein.

Once I let go of the “have to get to goal as fast as possible” mentality, I found this whole thing so much easier. Don’t get me wrong, I am still dying to get to goal, but I have accepted that if I’m to do this in a sustainable way, I need to eat what I want in my window, plus eat how much I need to eat to feel full. I can’t restrict anything other than the time I allow myself to eat (I aim for 20 hours fasted, but also don’t stick to that religiously).

Doing this means that I have zero control over how fast I lose the weight. It also means that most weekends I’m going to gain a bit of weight because I want to have a life and go out and do stuff and have a few drinks etc... So I have to be ok with no control and the occasional gain or plateau. Overall, I’d rather be fat for a few months longer and not feel that horrible sense of deprivation that inevitably leads to overeating at some point. Obviously this is just my experience and won’t work for everybody, like I know some people do have to restrict carbs or whatever or they just cannot lose, but I think within the confines of what works for you, OMAD is an awesome tool, but it’s not necessarily a quick fix...

I am the same way. I need to eat tell full. Luckily I can still lose doing that.

Same here - sure hope that doesn't change as I get closer to goal. I might just have to be happy with where I am if that ever does happen...

I will run 20-miles/day if I have to (if I can) to be able to eat tell full. In my past attempts to losing weight by only running, I have failed though. I wasn't healthy enough. Funny, I don't get sick any where near what I used to. I'm not sure if it is due to the fasting, better sleep due to not snoring anymore, or because I take supplements very regularly or all of the above but I hardly get sick anymore. Before I would run and would always end up sick after 3-weeks or so.

I am gonna eat carbs, and I am going to eat horribly from time to time, but I enjoy it. It comes to time with my husband, which is sometimes not a lot, because of his busy schedule.

Thanks for pep talk! I am going to finish out the challenge because that how I roll, and move into living my life while being sensible.

    Day 19 of 21 - 184.2

I am really pushing for a loss this week, but I don't think I will get it. (Too much fun for the Holidays)

I'll have to lose 1.5lbs by friday to show a loss. Maybe it will happen maybe it wont.

A few good things to come out of this challenge has been.

    1. I've a new morning routine for weighing that I will not stop.
    2. I've start tracking weight with a trend app, which is helpful
    3. I've stopped the everyday diet coke habit. I still have one every now and then
    4. I've learned that I need to back away from pushing for a goal. I want the goal to come to me. I know if I let it happen slow, I will be able to maintain it life long.
    5. I've realized just how far I have actually come, I am 25lbs down for the better, and that is no small feat.

*P.S - Tonight we are going to Katie Perry in Concert tonight!

The holidays are hard but I know you can do it...Just stay strong and remember that you'll have bad days and that's ok, just get right back to it and you'll be fine :) Have fun at the concert tonight!!!

    Day 20 of 21 - 183.8

It was pretty surprising that I pulled a loss this morning, simply because I had my OMAD and then had 3 cocktails at the concert. Super fun! I am at the finish line y'all!

    Thank you @jim_fbr , @blambo61, @minigrrll, @Brendalea69 for the constant support!
