Yes, I haven't done so yet but have seen some videos and it turns out quite nicely.

I will have to try that! I remember doing a defacto sous vide on a frozen meal I had, and I liked the results.

Oh cool! We already have a vacuum sealer. Hubby buys salmon and different proteins and cuts and weighs each piece, vacuum seals them and then labels it before freezing. It's super helpful to have it already weighed out...no guessing for me when I take it out of the freezer.

    The pic looks so good.

I watch a lot of cooking shows and know what a sous vide is but I've never done them and don't have the equipment to do them. Yours looked perfectly cooked. I like medium rare too.

Hope you are enjoying your holidays!

Well I've been inspired and motivated by others so I'm going to tell my weight loss story in a series of videos.

I use iMovie. It is easy. A simple laptop with a built-in camera does the job. You just learn to splice clips, adjust sound, and work with the very humble software.

It's really crude, but my first video has been published.
The next one will be better. This was just an introduction and to learn how the process works.

    Liked and subbed.

VERY good for a first try!

Did you get the tags included? I'd be more specific with the title.

Didn't get the tag thing figured out, and then I couldn't find where to include them. I've got to get the process ironed out a bit better and understand how the tags work. I'll be practicing for the next one.
    And thanks for the sub!

You just put the tags in the upload area.

Get a couple more videos up and I will shout you out on my channel.
