Thanks everyone but it was really minor stuff, I stopped on it right away rather than trying to push through. Don't even feel any issues at the moment, I just needed some recovery time to let the muscles heal up.
I'll be keeping high intensity stuff limited to once a week from now on.

I put up another video summarizing the things that worked for me to get the weight off, like OMAD.

    Thanks!

Eating out when I'm on a business trip is always entertaining theses days and i take it as an opportunity to have a mini splurge. Last week it took three entrees to fill me up. The salesman who picked up the tab did a double take when he saw the bill.
This week two full appetizers and the server is warning me how large they are. It's OK honey, just keep it coming until I wave you off. Lol
They were a little large so I was able to get by with only one entree.

I guess when at home packing away the meat it's not as noticeable how much I'm eating, but in a restaurant it becomes real noticeable.
Also, the one plate rule? I'm so far beyond that, but the thing is I'm still eating once a day until I'm full. So I'm using the same rules as I have since the beginning.
Oh well. Time for a coffee for desert.

Doing really well. How far are you thinking of dropping to?

I’m also kinda over the one plate thing now, but just eating till full. Seems to be working.

Hahahaha! I did this the other day in the Qantas lounge in LAX. I usually go to the "peasant" lounge which has a buffet (and TBH I like that lounge way better, the chairs are way more comfortable and a buffet is much easier for me as a vegetarian to navigate...), but this time I was travelling with higher status dudes than me so got into the fancy lounge. They don't have a buffet, just table service. I ordered FIVE different plates! Ha! Not sure what the guys I was with thought, they didn't say anything... :)
