    Well, it's not as much of a gain as I thought it would be. I was at 190 yesterday morning. Then I ate pasta last night. Not a whole lot, like not as much as I used to eat. My bg went up to 120. It was still at 120 this morning. My stomach is bloated and my knees hurt again. Lesson learned. Bummed that it had that much of an affect on me. But at least I know now. Keto Onward!

    Damn, that's annoying! Still as we know just water re the weight. Have to tried the zero carb pasta and rice? We get it here in the UK and though it's really not the same it's not too bad!

    Update for today.

    SW: 1/1/18 - 91.4kg or 201.08lb
    W1: 7/1/18 - 90.4kg or 198.88lb (thank goodness under 200)
    W2: 14/1/18 - 88.8kg or 193.6lb
    W3: 21/1/18 -
    W4: 28/1/18 -
    GW sometime this year 64kg or 140lb (thereabouts)

    Goal for the remainder of January is to lose another kilo per week and end the month at 86kg

    That's one great loss, you must feel amazing and well away from the 200 mark now! :)

    A bit late on board but really didn't want to step on the scales after Christmas and new years. Was good for the first half but just enjoyed it all after giving into the temptations.

    01/08- 71.3 kgs (157.2 lbs)

    Comments: biggest lost to date but actually did a proper full keto week! Wasn't as bad as I thought! Enjoyed all the new, different recipes and looking forward to the week coming. :smile:

    Total Jan lost: 1.8 kgs (4 lbs)

    That's really good and especially to start again after breaking it at Christmas and New Year, it's so easy to give up then and you haven't, you've gotten back to it. o:)

    That's an excellent total loss though and things do slow down a bit, the trick is not getting fed up and giving up!

    Keep going; you will loose, maybe not always as fast but it will continue to come off. So nice to be under the 250s!
