    Hey guys,

Hope you all had a great weekend. I had a splurge after coming home from being away so today and this week is getting back on track for me. Like I said in the past getting off would derail me but now, it is so much easier to OMAD for the week. Nothing to think about except one amazing meal at the end of the day!
Hopefully when I do my WI on Friday it will be down, I am really hoping to shed the 180's once and for all.

    Happy Monday ya'll!

    Hi Everyone,

hope you have had a great week. My week has been crazy busy and my eating has suffered, But I own it and know where I failed and am laser focused. I am back up to 182.6 which is +1 for a two week period. Not proud of it, but not shocked either. It is what it is.

I fell off the track but I am not off the rails. So just move on and get back to the plan which works!!!1

Hope everyone has a great weekend, sun is coming to TN this weekend and i can't wait! 80's next week!!!!!1

    Hey everyone,

I am weighing a day early because of a dinner event tonight. And I feel like I have had a great week finally after a couple of weeks of struggling.

    Last week 182.6
    This week 179.6

Loss of 3 lbs OMG OMG what??!!!!!!! It just shows that staying focused and on the plan does pay off!!!

    Stay strong OMADers :)

The "boom" drop was great but I remained the same this week. I am okay with that, and am realizing it will come off slower now just because I am about 20lbs or so away from maintenance. I have started to think of what that number will be, I think for now I will say 155 but may eventually go lower, depending on how long it takes me to get there. I am hoping to be down to 175 by the end of the month. It is so weird for me to even use the word maintenance it just seems like it is too soon to start thinking about it, but I am closer than I have ever been!

Hope all you Mom's had a great day! It was a busy weekend for me with baseball but we did go out to eat last night. Had some of the best brisket and cornbread ever!

    Happy Monday Ya'll!

Hope you all have had a great week. I have been super busy but staying strong. Hoping for a big woosh next week.

    Progress update:
    Feb 9th 197
    Mar 30th 183.5
    April 20th 179.6
    May 17th 178.0

    Total Loss 19lbs and counting.

Total weight loss since starting OMAD/IF (in the fall of 2017) 36lbs. My starting weight was *gasp* 214.

Proof that following the plan, works. Not beating yourself up when you have a bad works. Staying strong works!

    Hi everyone,

Bad week for me. Stress +chocolate+bad food=bad week. I am aware of what set me down the food path and I am determined to get back on track. I can always blame it on work, but in reality it was all me. So...….I am owning it and moving on starting today.

My weight luckily is at 179 so not too much damage has been done, but certainly not to 175 like I wanted to do by the end of the month. So, I am moving forward and putting it in the past.

Hope everyone is doing well! Happy weekend!

I'm sure it will fall away quickly when things normalize. 1 pound isn't bad at all for that type of week. You've got the right mindset :)

    Donna,

Way to acknowledge, take responsibility, and move forward. Yesterday is gone and now is the time to get back to business. There is still time left in the month. Stay on course and you will get closer than you think if not to goal.

I might have driven past my local fried chicken place, then turned back around and ordered enough food to provide the salt, carbs and oil I normally eat for a week...

    Scared to weigh in...

I’ll be fine and you will be better!

    Hey guys,
I turned it around this weekend and am back on track. The only "cheat day" over a four day weekend was yesterday and the only true indulgence was some birthday cake :). I should hopefully have a loss by Friday! @EstrangedTiger OMG I love me some fried chicken :).

Have a good short week guys!

How's it going, Donna? Also, I don't know what it is about birthday cake, but it is a HUGE weakness for me. I used to bake every week and could easily portion treats without going overboard. Put a birthday cake in front of me, and I will risk it all!
