    2 Miracle Miles

I'm calculating 87 out of 85 currently! Goal met!
I guess I underestimated my own stubbornness for walking every day.
I'm going to follow @PinkyPan1's example and do some bonus miles for the last few days of the month.

Was a couch potato yesterday, but got back on the Leslie bandwagon and did 50 minutes of the Walk Slim DVD.

    April total = 1019/1200.

How great to read that several have already met their April goal. I am pleased to be getting close. Have a good evening. Cathy B.

Hi Deeder. Yes, I do both. I really like the warm ups especially. Good moves for the hips, calves and even the ankles.

How do you like thise DVD?

I've only done the steady burn so far. I have to find my bands so I can do some of the others. I've just added it to my library.

1 Mile from 5-mile Advance, Walk at Home. I'm thinking this is a pretty old one. Found it in the library archives. It was just enough to get me over 10,000 steps for the day.

    iwalk strong 3 mile.
Golf date with Dave tonight so I will have more miles. My plan was to do just a mile to warm up my muscles prior to yoga and qigong but I kept going. Leslie draws me in and has me doing more than expected quite often. :)

@PinkyPan1 I hear you! Leslie does the same thing to me! I really love that about her. She's one of the most motivating fitness instructors I've ever followed.

5 Miles tonight! Walk Away the Pounds 5 Mile Advanced Walk

Something humorous to me...I just noticed that the last two longer workouts I've done with modifications not using much arm movement due to my injuries, my FitBit has picked them up as Elliptical exercise. It always picks Aerobic for Leslie. Guess that arm movement really does make a difference.
