look at me!!! First place! I’m so pleased I don’t know if I will enjoy weighing in today. My feminine friend is here to visit for a few days if you catch my drift and I feel very weighted down. Bahhhh. I will still work out. I actually forgot to weigh myself today- can tomorrow be my weigh in day or do I get in trouble??4

Hi Friends,
I made a commitment to myself to get 10,000 steps every day this week. Have only one snack bag of salty snack per day. And after today, no chocolate:) I had several handfuls of chocolate chips and realized there was no end to the craving.
I also have been slack with water intake. Must work on that.

@wyhorzegal I always have apples on hand. If I cut them in slices, it seems like alot to the eye and they are filling and very low cal. If I have enough calories for it, I'll dip them in a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter.
Also, I'm crushing my goals right now for the week! I'm drinking my 72oz of water each day, I've worked out 4 days so far since my last weigh in, I've been under my cals each day without eating back my exercising cals. I've eaten all my meal prep meals so far. I need to make more for lunches.

This week I need to drink more water. I have also had bad knees never had it before so walking up and down the stairs has been agony. Almost better so will start some excersing soon hopefully0 -
@SavannahS2016 HI! I just have your weight the same as last week:) so drink lots of water, and slowly start adding the exercise:) Check on Youtube, they have a ton of stuff you can do sitting and walking in place to help get you started:) Take care bad knees are hard:(

yesterday was Wyoming days for me:) I take some of my older 4h kids and horses to town and we do the pony express, lot of fun! but I was exhausted when I got home! wow! Did not drink enough water and boy can I tell today!

My go to right now is the 100 calorie oatmeal and then add a teaspoon of peanut butter!yummy!2 -
