And the results are in :
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WEEK 3 WINNER @IanMoone30.
8tykpzq6wd4b.jpg
AND TO TEAM SLIMSONS FOR TAKING 1ST PLACE IN WEEK 3!!
Well done to the top competitors for this week. Team Slimsons and Flab-U-Less managed great results this week where are all other teams really struggled. Wonder what it is about mid May.
For those who had a great week, well done. For those that did not do so well, just re-focus and take it day by day. Remember weight loss is never linear, sometimes it takes a while for the body to get the memo. Weight management is a marathon, not a sprint. The ones that put in consistent work reap the long term results irrespective of weekly fluctuations.

Overall we're doing really good guys we came in second
I know some of us are having troubles staying focused and you are probably getting a but discouraged but don't forget one thing, that extra weight didn't not all of a sudden appear one day so it will take time to get it off. You guys already made the biggest step by committing to this team. You are showing up every week and that's important Keep pushing towards your goals !! You are amazingly beautiful and you are worth it!!
Let's get us the first place next week
Love you all

Daughter took me out to dinner last night and it shows! Looking forward to June.1 -
Happy Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
I survived the weekend! I bet I gained 10 pounds (food, drinking) but the wedding was amazing and everyone had a blast! Graduation was always nice, and the food was amazing! One the plus side they did have a ice-cream machine, and I did not eat any:) (I was so full from all the pulled pork and salads) the old me would of stuffed down the ice cream on top of the all food.
I know I will have a gain, but I am back on track today, exercising and moving forward with my goal of being in one-derland before I leave to go on my family vacation. June 13:)

@Frens0614 Thanks! I think I will try the high protein snack and please share the cookie recipe with us!
@lar25473 keep us in the loop how your training for the 5K is going! That is exciting I love when people have new goals and start working towards them.
@WA_Teacher How many days do you have left!? This is our kids last week here:) I know you teachers need to have stress relievers! and chocolate is a good one:) My friends is her coffee haha
@Lesscookies12 WWOOHHOO! Great job:)
@stacybaker707 I am with you on getting to ONE-derland!!! I am sure I am up this week due to rehearsal dinner, Zimma with jolley ranchers! Wedding, and maybe a few more drinks, and then graduation parties yesterday. uughh but I am on track today and ready to kick this goal in the butt!

I have good motivation for eating better; just planned a beach vacation in 5 weeks. Last time, I went to Florida I was 7 pounds lighter. So, that's my goal 7 pounds in 5 weeks. Xo
I did terrible with water intake and then got a headache after work. Probably from lack of water. Will make a pot of herbal tea to catch up on the H2O.1 -

We have 17 days left!

Stress plus blueberry muffins in the staff room this morning...not a good combo. Tomorrow night, I have to give a presentation to the school board on a program I want them to continue funding. I've packed extra grapes and blueberries in my lunch to hold me over until I get home. Wish me luck
Not one of my best days.

Best wishes ~ it will be over before you know it. Also, put some humor in your presentation; I think people will remember that or have a warm feeling when they decide to fund:)0 -

@Djou11 We love you too! Thanks for putting in so much time to moderate. Also, thanks to @wyhorzegal for all your support and encouragement.
For the rest of the team, I get inspiration from your posts. Keep them coming!1 -
I know some of us have a long weekend coming up. Any one have super fun plans and ideas how to keep them healthy?
I am going to the mountains for 4 days, we travel with another family and they have been super supportive of me and are ok with eating fun healthy things on the mountain:) I think I am going to do a big stir fry over the fire?1
