Daily Post: (Tuesday)
Goals: Got some more welding done on the camper, ticked another thing off the list. Spent the lions share of the day testing equipment. When you spend time way off grid trying to get things done, you really need to know in advance that whatever you take there to use will work at or near optimal capacity. My main goal right now is just keep going.

@River_Goddess Hope you have a great day, your healthy pattern will welcome you back.
Seems like a few team members are at a low ebb at the moment and I wish I could share some of my surplus energy.
Wishing you all well. Rest up if you need to and make good food decisions, the rest will fall into place.2 -

Huh, wow.. Earlier this evening I mentioned to one of my housemates that I hadn't hydrated well enough today. She just knocked on my door to give me my water bottle which she filled up for me before going to bed. I'm really surprised. The people around me weren't all that supportive when I started this journey. I guess we've all known someone who talked about losing weight. But the visible results and my ongoing commitment has begun to create a bit of a current towards healthier lifestyle and better understanding of diet in the house. Really quite chuffed that one of them noticed my empty bottle in the kitchen and thought to give me a nudge in the right direction.
Side note, it's nearly midnight and I think I hear a snack monster in the cupboard.5 -

Never Realized how many Carbs were in my gummy vitamins. 24 with all the ones I’m taking. Which is more than I want for the day. Went out and bought them in pill form and neither had any carbs. So hopefully I can get back on track.
I started a weight loss challenge at work. Got a few others to join me and at $20 a pop gives all a good motivation to lose weight and help each other.1 -

Sigh.. I fell victim to a brutal snack attack in the early hours of this morning. It was awful. I got cornered and there was pork crackles and it got messy. 882cal later... So much for my disciplined no excuses week. Honestly I just can't even have snacks in the house. Even when I'm fully charged about losing, I just can't trust myself.0 -

Good Morning
I’m so tired. My son and daughter had sleep issues last night so I got maybe 4 hours? Sucks.
@AB0215 I have to keep active. If I don’t I become crabby. Lol. Plus it’s a nice distraction from the kids. I drop my oldest off at school and then head to the gym. The daycare there watches the younger 2 while I work out. Combat is part of the “Les Mills” family. It’s a kickboxing workout and is amazing. I burn close to 600 calories and usually hit my 8,000 steps by 11 am.
Beach volleyball is volleyball on the beach. I’ve played volleyball since I was 9. This year I am much more fast. Love it.
Hope everyone has a great day!1 -

Daily post for Tuesday
Sorry I am so absent. Like @ka97 I too am completely overwhelmed with work and all the things that need to get done. Throw in my son graduating and all the prep for that and preparing for university, it is crazy! But only 22 days of school left ( but who’s counting???)! I have been for twenty years and everything always gets done, but it is still stressful! Rant over! But be prepared that I may rant again in the next five weeks!
Track yes
Calories under
Exercise ball practice (60 minutes) and aquafit for 60 minutes
Water 150 oz
Hope everyone has a great day! Thanks for letting me vent!

@AB0215 I think your on to something though. Kickboxing on the beach followed by volleyball? That would be a killer workout!!2

Well I just totally dropped the ball on late night eating. I mean it's not the end of the world, but boy am I disappointed with myself. Right there in my head were all the reasons not to.. Doing war with the hunger cravings from who knows where.. It's like you watch yourself screw it up and just can't put the brakes on.
I saw 243.3 on the scales a day ago, well on track to meet my goal for the week of getting under 110kg. But I'm a clean 2Lb up on that this morning.
Sigh.. Oh well, New day today and I will still hit my goal this week. Now I've just gone and upped the challenge level.
@JJKM02 A very well deserved rant if ever there was.. You never told us how your boy's promposal went tho?
@mexiconona Really nailing those carb targets. Way to go!
@CourtneyLomonaco A few more days like today should place you in good standing for weigh in day.2 -
@Fyreside PromPosal was a huge hit! We made big letters P R O M ? on poster board along with a sign that said "I have been so disTRACKted and this question has been RUNNING through my mind!". His girlfriend runs track and then his buddies all came and held.up the five poster boards. It was a hit! She said yes! Dress is bought, tux is ordered! We are all set! Thanks for asking! I am very proud of him...both of my boys...but this is definitely a special time.1

I feel your pain on the snacking. I'm out of "training" at the new job and today was my first full day of taking calls, let's just say while I did well, I might also have stress ate my weight in food today, so not looking forward to seeing that on the scale. I'm super disappointed in myself too, so I understand, we have to forgive ourselves and move onto tomorrow.
@JJKM02 OMG, I forgot about the promposal (more impressed that @Fyreside remembered and I didn't), feeling sad that I forgot, but I'm so excited that she said yes, happy for all of you guys!!0
