    Goal weight was to be 199 by June 1st.
    Didn’t make goal as a result of a Memorial Day Weekend trip that took me off track for a little bit. I’m back on track and have a new goal for June to be 190lbs by July 1st

    Paused the IF this week and I seem to be back on track. Not sure yet what's up with that, but will continue to stay the course and see how it goes!
