    Great workout today. Really starting to like weight and strength training.

    Dynamic stretches 15 mins

    35 Minute Full Body Workout:
    DB Jump Squats 3x10
    DB Deadlifts 3x10
    DB Flat Bench 3x10
    DB Row 3x10
    DB Rear Delta Flys 3x10
    DB Standing Press 3x10
    DB Shrugs 3x15
    DB Standing Curl 3x10

    Static Stretches 15 mins

    Hi All!

    Daily stats- Fri Oct 5

    Tracked- Yes
    Calories - under
    Exercise- 45 min SoulCycle (spin on crack)

    Goal - to have some sort of loss tomorrow on my weigh in day. I’ve been working out and staying under cals- but I had some carbs too many and my keto water weight jumped up. 😢 back on the keto Wagon And hope to help the team with some loss tomorrow.

And hopefully lower 180s by the end of the challenge.

    @jcgator2016 DB jump squats are no joke!
    Great 1st week with weight/strength class. Really enjoying this. Muscles I didn't know I had are screaming, so I welcome some R&R this weekend.

    Happy Saturday you guys!

    My weight has flatlined! So no scale victory this week. I did fit into size 8 Lululemon spin pants though! My inches are going down, I’ve been to cardio non stop, doing weights, calories always under.... guess I’m going to have to keep at it for this last ten lbs. it’s liking it here. It doesn’t want to move out. Time for eviction proceedings. ☺️

    All the weight loss and fitness y’all are doing is super inspirational! Hope to post a loss next week!

    @mg07030 I'm not sure what your overall goal is, but when you start getting closer to your goal, weight loss will slow. Another thing is, you're building muscle, and muscle is denser than fat, so you may be getting smaller but staying the same on weight, which is ok!
