Comments: Dang! I have been eating better and moving more, including starting my C25K training. However, Mother Nature has called, and I believe the increase is due to hormones - it sucks being a girl sometimes

This is really hard for me to accept, and I know what the reasons are but I'm still not happy about it. My husband gifted me his cold and strep throat, and while I'm not really feeling sick, I am on an antibiotic and I'm sure I'm hanging onto water this week with all of that and the reduced activity...5 -

Water: A good amount but not enough I think because I forgot my water bottle at school lol.
Comments: Weighed in at 185.6 this morning. Super happy about that but I'm really trying to lose those extra .6 pounds to get to my mini goal weight of 185 and then after that the new goal weight will be 180! Going to stay on track this weekend so I can get to it hopefully! We'll see what I can do. Planning on eating under calories tonight and so far the day has gone well so I think Saturday will be successful.3 -

Don't worry, you still hit a major NSV of making sure everyone in your house, including yourself, is taken care of! It's cold and flu season, so it's more important that everyone has healthy immune systems.
I'm sorry you are feeling down, but at least know that you are doing an AMAZING job taking care of loved ones and leading this group! 🤗3 -

Ashley, so sorry you're sick...this is the season of germies---my youngest son had strep last Friday-- and my oldest had a sinus infection the week before--- I've been walking around here wearing a LYSOL HOLSTER as my weapon of choice... I hope you get well asap...0 -

Family Corn maze day. An hour and a half of getting lost in our favorite annual tradition. The maze is cut into 12 pieces. They give you a blank map and you have to find a camouflage mailbox in each section. Then after you find all 12 pieces, you use the map to escape.
Technically my calories are under. But I over ate at dinner tonight. It was a makeup dinner/cheesecake for me since I missed my birthday because of an allergic reaction and didn't eat much that day. I had cheesecake(large piece) first, then had shrimp and grilled chicken. 3oz of shrimp and 3 oz of grilled chicken. I feel terrible. My stomach hates me now. The food is sitting so heavy.
I can't believe I used to eat twice this much food all the time. Sometimes you don't realize how different your life is until you experience your old ways again. I thought I wanted great food for a celebration. But I think I am going for a fun experience next time.4 -

Comments: I finally finished copying all my recipes for my mom, not sure what good that's really going to do, but at least I organized them a little better and made sure they all had the right tags, so I guess that's something.
Decided not to exercise today or do OMAD and ate a little more protein, one my shoulder is still sore from Thursday and I didn't go easy on it yesterday, did a lot of Jerk work Friday so a lot of shoulder work. Also, rested today, because tomorrow is going to be a super fun day of running around disinfecting everything in my house, really not looking forward to that, but it MUST be done!5 -
