    True confessions: posted I was just slightly over but had a late night snack of a pack of nutragrain bars! ☹️. Feel better coming clean, but I agree with @melbe159 — Weekends are hard!

    Exercise:No intentional exercise, but a lot of walking

    Comments: So I decided to take today as a day off, I had to run some errands in the morning, had to work at noon, and my mom won me concert tickets, so there wasn't a lot of time today where I was free, so I decided one day wouldn't kill me, well it might actually be helpful since I've been working so hard at being perfect. I woke up with a pretty crazy headache, so I thought I should slow down a bit.
    I skipped tracking, ate 3 meals, the 3rd one wasn't intentional but I was super hungry at midnight and decided to make it up with a 36 hour fast, which I've been wanting to do anyway...and I even had drinks ( all of which still keto).

    Now it's back to work! No more "fun" days until my competition!

    I did the same thing Chris---last night I went berserk --- I had such a perfect eating day--- and then I broke my fasting window and had chips, chocolate, bites of my boys dinners---couldn't even log it all---GAAAAH!! :s

    Exercise: I slept through my class that i paid for. I was just too tired. I can’t wait to get out of work today.

    Overslept. There was a bike marathon around Manhattan today - getting to work was crazy. My bougainvillea tree fell over on my patio - got attacked by 100 thorns, guess i will look at that and laugh in 2 days. Lol
    Last day of a project that i can’t wait to have over. Will dance later tonight!

    Hope you are all having a good weekend! Hoping for a sense of renewal tomorrow!

    @mexiconona Actually, last week, you were 155, the week before you were 150, so you actually lost 2 lbs!

    Comments: It's been a really busy week for me, not that it's an excuse, but I feel like I've been neglecting you guys this week and I'm sorry about that! I had to get some projects out of the way and I'm finally caught up. Decided to skip my workout today and focus on getting all caught up on my side projects and housework, and it was worth it, I can finally take a much needed breath and start this week off on the right foot.

    Great job motivating each other in my absence!!

    I am guessing that I lost to late to count. Evenings are hard for me to post by others time zone. I might still be having a snack. So I do not post until I am going to bed. Today was my day for cleaning and water changes on 5 salt water tanks. Skimmers, sumps, glass cleaning and even the sand and overflows. No time for tracking of anything else. But I did purchase a baby blue clam that was grown in captivity. And two other corals. A pink stylophora. For me it was a productive day!

    Exercise: 3 mile jog

    I jogged 3 miles on Friday, 4 on Saturday, and 3 yesterday. Here's to a great week all!

    @AB0215 Not to be picky, but I looked back and found all 7 of my posts this week. I had more than credited the week before too, but I am not worried about that. I would appreciate getting credit for this past week since they are all there. I am sure it is very time consuming keeping track o everybody’s post and I really appreciate all you do encouraging and supporting us. Thank you! Have an awesome week!
