YESSSSSSSSSSSSS LADY!!! Perfectly prepped for tomorrow!!! I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see 161.something tomorrow! That'd require 2.8 or higher for me, which might be a stretch but I"m doing a TRUE TRUE fast today (no gum or creamer or anything) so MAYBE!!

Today was a big eating day for me. Had a smoothie, chicken wings and salad, and steak and eggs with cheese. I kept to a total of 32 net carbs. I did a lot of walking again today and burned enough calories to still be below my calorie limit. Hoping for a loss in the morning. I also drank 71 ounces of water today. I think I need to rethink my 3-day fast break-fast meal because, after my smoothie, I was running to the bathroom more than I cared to.0 -

Last Friday's Weight: 166.8
Today's Weight: 162.8
Net Loss: -4 pounds
I didn't reach 161 but I am very pleased with today's weight. I hope to be able to build on this week's loss and move closer to my weight end goal.1 -

Thanks Donna! This week has been a motivator for me to push through those things that I usually give in to after a big loss that ends up sabotaging all of my hard work. Not this time!!!

WOMAN! Whatever you did removed your daily weight from your panel shot!!! LOL - I HAPPEN to know what your weigh in was Friday so I won't gripe, but IF TOMORROW IT'S NOT THERE I'mma need to know what ha' happ'nd LOL0

When you add a goal weight in Fitbit ot changes your panel to show remaining weight instead of current weight. I will remove my goal weight so the panel will show my current weight. You should be able to choose what you want shown but noooooo.0

1.6 pound overnight loss after yesterday's mini-fast. Weighed in this morning at 162.7 pounds
I did not drink a drop of water yesterday so I need to make sure I get my water in today. I also went to bet at midnight last night and need to get to bed earlier tonight.1 -
That is a fantastic loss over night with the mini fast......You are totally going to be out of the 160's by Friday ---no doubt!!!!0

I will report on Friday with all of you, and I will also be on water fast starting after my meal(s) tomorrow. This will be my first extended fast since restarting, and before that I only ever did 1 EF and it was 96 hours (went great, didn't regain weight after refeed). I'm not sure how may days I will make it, I will shoot from there and gauge how I am feeling as to whether to continue with it or not :-)

I like it! Have a goal but go with the flow - I LOVE LOVE LOVE the extended fasts...I think it's frankly a great tool all around1
