Hanging in here this week at 159.

It's spring break which means I'm lacking a place to exercise. Hoping it'll be a liiiiiittle warmer tomorrow so I can try to run. We shall see! Not mad at the progress made for March! Can't wait to get back to my beloved rec center :D

@eatingfoodles, nothing wrong with "hanging in there". You are down five and a half for the month, so well done!!

It felt good to get back to the gym this morning! I made sure I took it easy, and didn't allow myself to go over 7mph(new NSV, because "easy" was 4.5-5mph when I started in November!) Thst was pretty cool to notice!

Tomorrow, if the weather is nice, I plan on taking a walk instead of going to the gym. I have been having spring fever, and want to be outside!!!

@cmhubbard92, well done on your NSV in the gym!! Yes, it has been a long winter and we are all looking for those warmer days to get outside!! I haven't done it yet myself, but soon!!

@Tracie_Lord, I am so glad you have an appointment with the specialist to clear up your ear infections and tonsillitis. Don't these bacteria know they are seriously impacted your gym time?!!!

@prehistoricmoongoddess, I know it's frustrating, but unfortunately it's normal and it happens. (What has your sodium intake been like? Have you recently added in some weight training?) Just keep plugging away and the scales will move again!

You can always come down here to Florida. We have 3 seasons; chilly, hot and hotter. I have a small window of opportunity to exercise outside but that's only because I try to avoid heat strokes!! 😂

I ended up doing some gardening (more like raking, moving heavy branches, cutting down pesky plants/trees that like to take up the yard but not produce anything) instead of taking my walk. I don't think I would like Florida! I know the humidity can be brutal(as if the humidity here is any less stifling. I love warm/hot weather but can't stand humidity! I'm picky! Hahaha

Raking is a hard core workout!! I could only get a quarter of my backyard done and it took me an hour which wiped me out for the rest of the day!! You get extra credit for anything more than raking.

It definitely is hard! It definitely kicked my *kitten*, but I still have to go to work now! I have a lot more to get done! We had on massive tree taken down last year(right next to the house). I swear it keeps producing leaves, because that whole area is flooded with leaves again! I think I may do more tomorrow! I really just want to plant flowers, but it's still too cold, and I should try to get rid of overgrown brush before I tackle other projects!

Thanks. I've not been tracking my sodium - I've not done any weight training either, my exercise is usually just walking. I've walked a lot today, over 11,000 steps which is unusually high for me.

@prehistoricmoongoddess, maybe ramping up your steps is just what you need to push the needle on the scale back down!

Finally have a yes to all 3. Spent most of the month too sick to exercise or care about eating right. Got tired of saying no to calories and exercise. Still not back to normal but for real getting better. Yay!

@mikea2g, that is such good news, Mike!!
