Another successful day by the grace of God. I enjoy my new lunch dish turkey-veggie sloppy joe, roasted potatoes and baby carrots. Having fun being creative added an extra carb this week to shake things up a bit. On the plan I'm allow 2 carbs a day but usually only have just the toast for breakfast. Finished eating around 630ish (a little late as I was chatting with my Aunt. .oops) also had 205 calories left to make a 1000 but I'm just going to drink my herbal ice tea w/lemon&honey and call it a night.

My fitbit showed 11 flights of steps but I think this was because of a big hill I walked up this morning.
Friday is usually my rest day but I decided to take a long walk this morning and then a shorter walk this evening to push me over 10K steps. I also did my usual Friday grocery shopping. I had kind of a weird thing that happened as I finished my 2nd walk. My legs just suddenly turned to jello......I wasn't close to falling. It was just a weird sensation. I almost wonder if I'm not eating enough calories sometimes. I stay between 1250 to 1350 calories almost religiously regardless of exercise. I might talk to my Dr. about it next month.

Got things back under control! Still struggling with the exercise, just don’t wanna! 🙁 And I’m getting a little bored with my food. Need to find some new, exciting! Even bored with my choices for the whole family. I go through periods like this, just get tired of cooking. I’ll get over it just need to stick with the plan till then!!
Have you thought about doing a diffferent workout you may like more? I attend Barre classes as they are constantly changing our workouts and it makes it fun!0 -
