I am on it at the moment. Went for my run this morning listening to pnp. I did my overnight oats so breakfast was ready when I got in. I have sorted out my lunches for the week and they are sitting in the fridge waiting for me. Today is pancake day in the uk usually this is the sort of event that makes me nervous about over eating but I have planned to have pancakes for dessert and have set aside the calories for the purpose.
Yesterday I asked me daughter to pick out my clothes for me. We set out our clothes the night before to make life easier in the mornings. Well she picked out 'that' dress which apparantly makes me look pregnant. So today I made a choice. I am wearingit because the way my daughter sees me is more important than how my colleague sees me. He is wrong all the time anyway. It is a great dress if I get a chance today I will post a picture. I am going to define myself and my experience.

I did really good yesterday at following my plan. Yes! I am gaining momentum. My new habits are working. The in control cyndie makes the decisions. the in control cyndie wants me to succeed and sets me up for success, the in control cyndie has my back. this helps because, if left to my own devices, with the crazy day i had yesterday, then trying to plan a meal. forget it. this way all thats left to do is eat when i am hungry!!

Ohhh see? yesterdays cyndie new she would be ovulating today and she would want a little more snacky food. i got your back girl. just eat when your hungry and stop when your satisified.
@GingerPwr i meal prep on sundays, i plan what we are having thru the week, shop for it, and then prep what i can. i make the detailed plan the day before. so when i get up in the moring, my food plan for the day is right on the table and i just grab ingredients!! makes life so much more simple for me. i am sure your zuchchini chips were pretty low cal. did you use any oil? that may be where the calorie difference is. have you every used mfp recipe creater. i loved it when i was tracking calories and macros. i am going to make those chips tho. they sound yummmoooo. and don't eat if your not hungry. listen to your body.
@hkfleming yayayay! two months. look at the new you go! you are certainly on the right track. how are you on drinking your water? are you getting good quality sleep?

@gottagetthisdown that is just a small gain. don't you worry about it. get right back at it. don't let the scale determine your direction. did you make the weekend plan? how did it work for you? lets talk about the things you can change, not the number on the scale.
@amsandos really understand that i am personally invested in each one of my team mates lives. i care about each and every one of you. i know your stuggles and they are so like my own. ummmm and you guys have a pancake day? today is paczki day here in the us. it is a round polish pastry similar to a doughnut, usually filled with fruit and topped with sugar or icing. my fiance is polish and he is big on them (not fat, just likes them a lot) he will bring them home and i love love love them but they give me indigestion so i will pass the yummy pastry! and you wear that dress. that guy is a turd bucket. you are beautiful and you do not look pregnant. smile and walk tall. because you love the you in that dress!!6 -

Yesterday was a pretty good day, I will still a little hungry during the day but it was either my body detoxing or stress at work. Stress always makes me want to eat!
Today will be a repeat of yesterday!
Happy Pancake Tuesday @amsandos I remember as a kid my dad would make us skillet sized pancakes for today. I loved it, but I never understood what it meant. Now that I'm all grown up I now know. I will not be partaking in it since I'm doing Whole30 and will continue Whole30 throughout Lent.

But this is my transformation so far.

Goal weight 125-128
I lift weights 4x a week and do some light cardio couple times a week.
...and I’m starting to feel happy now still want to do so much with my body. But seeing my leg and arm muscles lately lol I feel like I’m getting addicted to lifting. I don’t have a lot of pics from my “fat era - past 5 years lol”. But I have so many post workout pictures bc I can’t believe the changes my body has been going through! I want to look healthy and fit and muscular )

@carlsoda yea you are right, stress sure can make you hungry. you are doing great. week one is almost done on your new food plan. next week will be easier!!

Hello everyone!
Yesterday was a success! I ate well, did my workout after work and stuck to my plan. I am back to following 16:8 IF. The scale was down this morning, which of course makes me happy!
I planned for another successful day! I prepped my food for the day and I will be hitting the gym after work. I keep reminding myself how I am going to feel in a few months if my summer clothes do not fit, or are too tight. I want to be able to wear anything in my closet, and not have to decide on just what fits, I want it all to fit and feel good in it!
I am taking it day by day, but I am trying to keep my streak going. Today is day 3!

@GingerPwr I think the calories vary on the zucchini chips based on the ingredients you used. If you did not use oil, I think the calories would be low. Use the recipe builder to get an exact count. They sound delicious!

I’ve had a cold since Friday and it’s thrown me off my routine the past few days. I need to get back on track. Today I will get a food plan in place to follow tomorrow! No more mindless eating, no more excuses. I’m also going to get my yoga done right after this…

Day 3 in my streak. Helped hubby most of the day setting posts... we are back in full barn building project mode. It was so cold... I was miserable and kept dashing to the house to warm up when I could. My Father in law returns tomorrow to help. He and hubby want to do a big catfish and hush puppy fry tomorrow. Hubby said "your diet's going to take a hit". I said "no, my diet took a hit February... I started out at 173 and got up to 177. The weight is slowly coming back off... I'm not letting that happen again!!" So there LOL. We'll see... I'm going to make sure we have some healthy sides.
And.... hubby got the call he's been waiting for. He's unfortunately headed back to Pennsylvania. Nothing against PA... I just wish some projects would fire up closer to home. So he leaves next month. I need to decide if I'm going with him or staying home. I can eat super healthy when he's gone so.... what to do, what to do.
All your transformation pics are amazing. Loving the happy smiles in the after pics. I don't take much selfies... I'm more a photograph what I'm eating kinda gal LOL

@nstephenson01 yes!! day 3. i can feel the momentum building. oh man. that is a tough decision. i was hoping his next assignment would have kept him a little closer to home. what ever you decide, you know you have to come first. make a commitment right now that no matter what you decide, you will have your best interest at heart. time for you to take time for you.
@pacsnc6 it is good to have pictures even if you don't share. you don't realize how far you have come sometimes because we have our fat girl goggles on. a picture is proof you are doing it.
@hope002 thanks, this has been a valuable journey of learning to love myself enough to say that is enough.
@lenka1 yes, that was really me. i was livin large. i had given up on my life. chronic pain had become unbearable so i turned to food for comfort. i could ignore the pain while i was eating. and i thank you from the bottom of my heart. i posted those pictures so every one can see that if you learn how to change your relationship with food, you can live your live calm around food. i am still a work in progress but i am closer that i have been in a very long time.
