Good Morning, Team!
This past week on our weekly challenge we watched our macros. How did you do?
Today’s challenge is to try to increase our water each day. Last night, my husband woke up at 3 a.m. with a horrible leg cramp. This can be a sign that you need more electrolytes and water. I try to have 64 oz. of water a day. I don't always make it but this week I'm going to focus on that to be sure I get at least 8 glasses of water each day.

I feel like I keep losing, then gaining back the same couple of pounds. We ate out a lot last week & I don’t think I do a great job of estimating my calories when eating out. Next week, I expect to be back to 1611 -
