    I had a total blow out binge on chocolate & ice-cream. Promise to be back on diet and exercise tomorrow.

    We went to a fireworks festival yesterday and I ate and drank so many things so I know I’ve got some water weight going on here and am not going to stress it. I’m on maintenance at the moment anyhow because my half marathon is on Sunday! Sorry I haven’t been daily updating lately, it’s been crazy busy the past little bit. I have definitely been exercising daily (although I lost so much of my activity history because of losing my phone and not having backed up for nearly a month, so sad I don’t have that mileage tracked). I’m going to a Pound n’ Brews event today with some friends so I’ll definitely be getting my exercise lol. Plus I don’t drink alcohol so I won’t even be taking in the calories from the “Brews” side of the equation. 👍🏻 Have a great Sunday all!
