I got right off track the past few days. Had my son's fiancee's bridal shower tea.

I seem stuck at this weight, but nobody to blame but me! I need to start tracking better, and get my steps in again. Too much work to catch up on... but I need to remember that my health is important, and work will always be there. Working on better results for next week!4 -
