I have very sharp pain in leg these days.Pain medicine is of help but should avoid it as it is bad for kidneys.Every corner of my house is affected.Children are suffering too.I must have to recover.
Till August I will be at my parents place because of summer vacation at schools.
During last year I put on 15 pounds.I will have to go back.I will not give up.
I plan to walk every single day along with my mother.She is already doing it.I will join her.I plan to help my mother in cooking etc.I will study hard to build my career.
I will keep posting.

20 minutes of exercise? No, but I did spend the majority of the day outdoors which involved more physical movement than usual.

Yesterday for some reason my community on the app kept saying it was unavailable but I did stay calorie/tracking/exercise
Weekly global challenge did I exercise more then then the day before no got in yoga then spent most of the day trying bridesmaid dresses on unless u count that as a workout lol1 -
Daily Check In
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? My non traditional exercise of putting my house together. My nice tank is set up and I will be putting my fish in it today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I did. We ended up with 2 extra teen boys at the house for dinner. My daughters boy friends. So we grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. I made a salad for me and mac n cheese for the kids. I did so good on my carbs.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I kept track of everything I ate and drank.
Overall it was a great day!1 -
