I am honestly at a loss (but not really lol). I don't think this can possibly be fat, but maybe? We are in the midst of a renovation and it's my last day of school so things have been stressful and I haven't been getting much sleep, but I have been eating well and exercising. I am just going to trust that next week, as things settle, whatever this is--fat, water, both--will come down to where I think it really is. Cheers, and happy Friday!4 -

@keepingtrack1234, got it. I believe stress can mess with our systems and cause things like this to happen. Just keep your eyes on the goal and I bet next week you're going to see a good loss.

Did I increase my exercise from yesterday? No. Friday is usually my rest day, but hopped on the stationary bike since I was over on calories.2 -
Daily Check In
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I moved a heavy fish tank stand and tank. They are almost finished all that is left is the move the boxes that are in the spot where I am going to put it and put hardware on.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? The water I drink I do forget to log that. With as hot as it is Inhave been drinking alot.1 -

I have very sharp pain in leg these days.Pain medicine is of help but should avoid it as it is bad for kidneys.Every corner of my house is affected.Children are suffering too.I must have to recover.
Till August I will be at my parents place because of summer vacation at schools.
During last year I put on 15 pounds.I will have to go back.I will not give up.
I plan to walk every single day along with my mother.She is already doing it.I will join her.I plan to help my mother in cooking etc.I will study hard to build my career.
I will keep posting.
