I hope everyone had a great weekend! My goals for the month of June are to meet my calorie goals each day (1 'treat' meal a week) and to be active for at least 30 min. everyday...this weekend we went to the zoo and I definitely got my physical activity in! Looking forward to a good week.

@keishamaggie, some members choose to report daily on their goals. This is from a sister group of TBL called Ultimate Accountability Challenge. I am in both groups and we use this format:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Feel free to use that format or adjust it to your personal goals if you'd like.
Also, for all team members, would you be interested in small weekly challenges? If so, let me know and we can do that as well.2 -

Yay! It finally dropped! I hope it can continue to drop. I went camping this weekend, but I tried to eat healthy. I would love to drop 4-6 lbs. this month!4 -

Im on a fit bit but don't know how to add for walking challenges.1 -

My husband and I bought bikes yesterday and I’ve had a blast riding again for the first time since college. 😁
Did I exercise? 5 mile run and about 9 miles biking, also lifting (missed a day last week)
