    Yesterday for some reason my community on the app kept saying it was unavailable but I did stay calorie/tracking/exercise

    Weekly global challenge did I exercise more then then the day before no got in yoga then spent most of the day trying bridesmaid dresses on unless u count that as a workout lol

    Daily Check In

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? My non traditional exercise of putting my house together. My nice tank is set up and I will be putting my fish in it today.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I did. We ended up with 2 extra teen boys at the house for dinner. My daughters boy friends. So we grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. I made a salad for me and mac n cheese for the kids. I did so good on my carbs.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I kept track of everything I ate and drank.

    Overall it was a great day!

    Way to win team!!
    Weekend was a bust for me, feeling in low spirits. No good reason. Will be back on track!
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walk/cut grass 10,000 steps that is half my daily target.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No ate out subway then buffet
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Kind of

    I got right off track the past few days. Had my son's fiancee's bridal shower tea.

    Definitely expected this, was on vacation in Vermont for a family wedding. Today is my definite reset. Week of overnights, but I will track diligently.

    I seem stuck at this weight, but nobody to blame but me! I need to start tracking better, and get my steps in again. Too much work to catch up on... but I need to remember that my health is important, and work will always be there. Working on better results for next week! :)

    Did I increase my exercise from yesterday yes on top of doing the cardio challenge for 30 mins I spent time lifting weights as well
