    Back from vacay! Some of this is water weight, but some is definitely weight gain! This was a very sedentary trip with lots of food. It was fun, but my digestive system has suffered and I am glad to be back home and to my usual schedule.

    You did much better than I did on my weekend get away to New Orleans recently. Hope you have a good week and are able to shed that vacay gain quickly.

    Exercise? Yes, I did strength training for an hour today, played DDR and BeatSaber, plus got over 20k steps so far.

    Weekly challenge: Yes, I increased my exercise fron yesterday. That was really easy considering yesterday was a 13 hour drive. 🤣

    Did i exercise for 20 min? No :neutral: ran errands all morning and my youngest was sick in the afternoon and was very clingy.
    Within budget? No. I counted on those exercise calories.

    5 mile run, some walking and another 3 mile run. We’re having some crazy cool weather and I was enjoying myself.

    Yes!

    Yes!

    Yes, except protein, but I intentionally go over on that.

    I had a small gain, but I was back down to 141.8 today, so I hope it will swoosh down some more by Monday! Down 23.8 lbs. from Feb. 10, and I can't wait to make that 25! I went to Buti Yoga last night, and I hit over 1,000 calories burned by activity on my apple watch yesterday!! I am at 820 today, and I am tired!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes on eating, no on drinking, I drink a lot of water normally but our tap water has been tasting nasty so all bottled. I may be drinking less because of it.

    Yes, was right on my targeted percentages.
    Had two rainout and will probably have two more tomorrow. Hopefully we can get a game in Friday.
