Back from vacay! Some of this is water weight, but some is definitely weight gain! This was a very sedentary trip with lots of food. It was fun, but my digestive system has suffered and I am glad to be back home and to my usual schedule.2 -

Back from vacay! Some of this is water weight, but some is definitely weight gain! This was a very sedentary trip with lots of food. It was fun, but my digestive system has suffered and I am glad to be back home and to my usual schedule.
You did much better than I did on my weekend get away to New Orleans recently. Hope you have a good week and are able to shed that vacay gain quickly.3 -

5 mile run, some walking and another 3 mile run. We’re having some crazy cool weather and I was enjoying myself.

I had a small gain, but I was back down to 141.8 today, so I hope it will swoosh down some more by Monday! Down 23.8 lbs. from Feb. 10, and I can't wait to make that 25! I went to Buti Yoga last night, and I hit over 1,000 calories burned by activity on my apple watch yesterday!! I am at 820 today, and I am tired!2 -

Yes on eating, no on drinking, I drink a lot of water normally but our tap water has been tasting nasty so all bottled. I may be drinking less because of it.
