Oh lord, sorry my weigh in is late, I worked 7am fo 830, went home and finished packing, tried to be on the road for Idaho by 10pm, but after finally getting loaded at 1030, my battery was dead, so jumped it, and thank god for walmart being open 24/7, got a battery and finally hit the road at midnight, ugh

The frozen, thin crust pizza I usually buy is 1200 for half of it...and I can do that on weekends when I only eat two meals, but it's not easy, especially when the doctor just cut me from 1800 to 1600. I know it's only 1:00 n the first day of the month but I'm feeling really positive about this month. Lunch was full of vegis (which hasn't happened in a while) and I'm on the second bottle of water for today! Hope everyone else is off to a good start!3

Weight is the same as last week but i think my scales are way wrong because I feel totally bloated .. haven't managed to slimming class now for four weeks so next Thursday I am going to rejoin the slimming world as a new member and buy a 12 week countdown AND start it from the beginning again.. feel if I buy the 12 week block it will keep me motivated to go to class 🤐3 -

I'm still going in the wrong direction with my weight. :-(
I'm going to be at a location with very limited access to phone service next week. Plus, I'm going to be busy much of the time. However, I will try to check MFP in the evenings to log my food and see what's going on here.

Hello everyone I don't know over the last month or so things haven't been too great for me and I'm also gaining weight and it's very saddening I think the best thing for me right now is to take a break from this challenge hopefully I'll be able to get my head back on straight soon I'm going to miss all of you guys I'm wishing you all the best so it is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye for now9

@Fattleass You have to do what is right for you and I totally understand where you are coming from. I’ve felt that way many a time especially when yo-yoing as I’ve been doing for months now. Yet I recognize that the voice in my head (that tells me to stop logging or posting to this group) is the same one that kept me company all the way up to my highest weight. Sometimes we have to tell ourselves NO and be our own best friends or parents you know?
Please don’t give up on yourself. ❤️2
