    Low b/c I didn't get my walk in during lunch; I was slammed in getting a 77 slide PPT presentation ready for today. But I did bowl last night....hopefully better today!

    My goal for the rest of this week is to get back on track with my food and get my steps above at least 6,000 the rest of this week.

    Hi all, crazy busy day today and didnt manage to post this morning.

    But, yesterday was on track as is today. Bedtime shortly so think I can say that!

    Steps for yesterday (monday) 12045, yes, I did a but if pacing in my flat to get over my target!

    Also did an arm workout video and an evening walk after work.

    Today I did run intervals for couch to 10km in the evening. I'm a morning runner, but didnt have time before work so got it done afterwards instead!

    Tomorrow and Thursday are super long and busy days at work, with a lot of enforced sitting..... let's see how those goals go!

    Keeping focused for a good loss this week I hope!

    Loving all these goals!

    I had to go to the doctor today. I have been putting it off for a week. Every night I get all these indentations on my tongue and I have been super tired. I am in a flare of my autoimmune disorder. I never figure it out until it hits me in the face. I don’t have time to give into this.

    As for my goals, I am doing ok. I got 9,208 steps yesterday and I stayed within my calorie goal. I didn’t get to swim laps again but I did tread water for awhile.

    @171lake Hawaii, I am jealous
    @ngk2000 great goals!
    @pjshawley love your goal of eating to meet your blood glucose level. I may steal this for next week
    @lmeldrum great goals!
    @kilobykilo awesome, another day of meeting those goals

    Met all 3 of yesterday's goals. I wavered all day about my 30 minutes of cardio and just wasn't feeling it. At 8 p.m. I finally forced myself to put on my tennis shoes and told myself to just do some easy work on my seated elliptical trainer. But once I got going, I had a really good workout. As they say, 'starting is half done'.

    Thanks for asking; I guess it went fine - no one complained to me so no news is bad news, right? I wan't a participating member, I just had to put it together :)
